I have been with spectrum/brighthouse for many years and as of right now every single day I am kicked offline and my internet service is always never working I call and even get a new box but still I'm only able to be online for a short period of time so the speed of the internet and usage That I'm paying for is not being used if I'm getting knocked off line every day for hours at a time also I have yet to receive the 75 dollar refund that was suppose to be offered to me for the charge when switch from bright house to spectrum

Added phone service to my Spectrum internet account in August 2018 & was shipped a box to do a self install. The instructions were confusing. I ended up having to call in & have someone walk me through the service installation. I was away from the home until October of 2018. This was in late November of 2018. I called within a week to request a credit for the approximately 3 months phone service was inactive. I was told the request for credit had been submitted & Spectrum would either contact me to let me know when the refund will be applied to my account or it would just be in my account within 6 to 8 weeks. I teach classes in an online classroom. I have done this for over a year using AT&T internet. I was upgraded to 6mbps internet speed and my speed worked for many months. On 6/28/2019, my internet ceased to function. I contacted techincal support and they did a diagnostic. They determined that the problem was with the outside line. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on 7/5/2019. I was informed that this was the earliest appointment I could get. The technician came out on 7/5 and said that there was a problem with the outside line.
