Xfinity automatically increased my bill from $93.9 to $129.05. I called them to ask why. They said the reason is because my old contract was expired. I never get any notification for confirmation to sign a new contract or accept a new higher rate. Moreover, I paid for internet speed 150 mbps download, but I never get higher than 70 mbps once testing. After 1hr talking on phone with couples agents, we couldn’t make a deal and I ended up to cancel my service with them. I ordered service with suddenlink in June. Two weeks later I received a bill for $544. I called them to see why the bill so high. I am being charged for stuff that I didn't ask for. The person who sold me the services lied to me about the package they offered. He told me that the he gave me was for $129 a month. I paid the bill and now two weeks later I received a bill for $235. I have to pay it today or my service will be turned off. I haven't had this service a full month and have to pay again. I just don't know what to do.

Comcast Complaint

Comcast has erroneously billed me for past due charges which do not belong to my account, and the services were never requested, never approved, and never provided. The total amount is more than $1700.00 and when asked for justification, Comcast has provided a different reason for the charges on 8 separate occasions. The answer is they billed the wrong account, and just refuse to acknowledge it. They are also still billing me for unprovided ongoing service, and services I asked to be canceled.

Speeds not as promised and have called at least 15 times to get this resolved. Each time I get a different answer or possible cause of the speed delays. I have paid for 5Gen High Speed internet they advertised at 25MPS and am luck if I get 1-3 MPS even on the off-peak hours. No matter what I search, look up, watch videos or just surfing the web the speeds are always the same consistent very slow dragging speeds that sometimes doesn't even load my pages. I have been with spectrum/brighthouse for many years and as of right now every single day I am kicked offline and my internet service is always never working I call and even get a new box but still I'm only able to be online for a short period of time so the speed of the internet and usage That I'm paying for is not being used if I'm getting knocked off line every day for hours at a time also I have yet to receive the 75 dollar refund that was suppose to be offered to me for the charge when switch from bright house to spectrum

I was told by an AT&T representative, that when I moved, if I stayed with their services at my new location, they would install and allow me to use their Genie Wireless satellite services, for NO equipment charges or installation, My avg bill for Direct TV / AT&T for 10 years plus was 185.00 a month, my very first bill from At&t was over a 1000.00 dollars. its Now in collections going against my credit , Please help

Comcast did not honor there hassle free move. I had contract free service for 3 years at [...]. Aug 2018 I made change to move my service to new address [...]. No package change, only change was home phone number and id channel no longer available at new residence. I stopped service November 2018 . They now have 2 accounts under my name in and claim that I had contract. I tried to dispute and they sent it to collections.. I never agreed or approved any changes to my service and upon cancelled they charged different.
