Charter Spectrum Complaint

Lied continuously and repeatedly over the protocols of discontinuing my service rep claim that I would have to take my cable boxes into Time Warner in order for me to discontinue my service I asked was calls recorded for quality control purposes she said yes and I told her that that did not make sense I should be able to cancel my service without having to disconnect boxes and drive them down to Time Warner to drop them off she argued me back and forth. When I ask for the legal team play ping pong near me two different customer reps I was on hold for 40 minutes still no resolve not to mention my bill is 154 a month but I take 178 179 or more every month the bill fluctuate every month I've never had two of the same bills paid on time or not.

Comcast Complaint

Comcast charged me twice in the amount of $62.36 I had called asking why, and asking them to reimburse me, the representative that I spoke to (Albert) and he said he would reimburse the $62.36 to my debit account in 3 business days. I also said I didn’t want to pay the FULL months bill because my internet was not working for a week and a half so I decided to cancel and he said there would be a “cancellation fee” of $90 BUT they would waive it due to the “inconvenience” of charging me TWICE AND my internet NOT WORKING for over a week. Now.. weeks has gone by still no money in my account. I call again and a representative by the name of Paula , employee id #******* stating it would be reimburse 3 business days BUT NOW there is a $43.06 balance due because of the cancellation fee, she ASSURED me I was NOT going to get charged those $43.06 and I look on my account and I got charged

DirecTV Complaint

DirecTV has owed me $173.46 since December 2018. After countless calls to customer service, the finance department, and anyone else I could call, I was given the run around and told that I should keep waiting for a gift card. In addition to the $173.46 they are withholding from me, they also never paid me the $300 visa gift card I was promised when signing up years ago. I have been continually lied to and have been forced to waste many hours on this dispute.

Optimum by Altice Complaint

I relocated my service from one address to another on 4/4/2019. For the past 18 days the service has not been fully functional. The wifi service cuts in and out. The cable channels have sound but no picture. Most importantly I can not log in to the optimum.net website to access my phone services. I have called twice a day for 18 days. Each call takes about an hour and ends with the promise someone (a supervisor) will call me back. No one ever calls again.
