Frontier Communications Complaint

When I canceled my television portion of my contract and increase the MPS of my internet from 50 to 100 I was assured that this would be acceptable. However; when my internet had become difficult and not smooth I had called in to Frontier and a in house technician advised that in the time I was supposed to be receiving 100 MPS internet I was only receiving 75. I had been charged and paying for the 100 MPS service. When I had become agitated that I had been paying for a service the only offer that Frontier was willing to credit me was for a 3 month credit. I became more agitated and requested credit for services not provided since switching. The billing specialist was adamant that he would not escalate the problem and that I was unreasonable.

Comcast Complaint

charged $70 for service call one when before agreeing she said an offsetting credit for same amount would be issued because problem was a feature described on their web page was not working that service call did not fix my problem but caused me to have no picture or service at all. the technician on the telephone who had remotely tested by box before the call now confirmed she couldn't 'talk' to box at all. She couldn't fix he problem caused by tech #1 so she dispatched a second technician to fix a problem they had caused.

Verizon Complaint

My internet has not worked since ~3:05 on 05/02/19. I called Verizon at least 10 times. I was then informed that someone at Verizon canceled my internet account and it wouldn’t be till Monday 05/06/10. I work from home for […] and rely on my internet working. Today 05/03/19 I went through the thing with Verizon. They said the issue is due to a switch at Verizon.

AT&T Complaint

i am being told by at&t that it is legal to charge me 46% tax a month. I signed up for direct tv to get a discount on my phone bill it was call the all for less 9 lines with long distance for 360.00 a month. and I am getting bills for $525.00 + a month. And everytime it rains my lines go down. at&t stated to me they have no record at all about our phones lines ever going down.

Comcast Complaint

The company puts in an auto service charge before the tech. Comes out to see what’s wrong. Even if the service provided would never be consumer responsibility, but because they put an advance note of the service that has a cost. No matter what the tech. Did or added to the service note. The consumer will be charged even if they should not.

DISH Network Complaint

I ordered Dish services by phone the middle of March 2019. I placed the order for the basic service installation with the cost being 59.99 plus tax and a one time install fee of 49.00 The tech showed up about 8 days later to install. I informed him that my wife had M/S and was sensitive to electricity especially ungrounded current. I showed him the bonding block near the meter and he said it would be no problem.I had to leave for an appointment ,i asked how much longer he would be ,he replied about 20 minutes . i said thanks and he would be gone before i got back.I was gone about 2 1/2 hours and upon my return the tech was still here. I asked what was going on and he said he installed a surround system, I ask what the hell i did not want that . He had taken a card from my wife and ran it twice. I checked my bank at 3am and 876.00 dollars had been deducted from my account and all this while under Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. This purchase was not authorized by me or the bankruptcy trustee.
