continue to bill for an amount that was credited to a wrong account(not mine). I cancelled services and was told there would be no early termination charges since I had experienced so many problems with my service. An amount $441.53 was to be credited to my acct and the bal to be zero. This is where it gets crazy-I was told this was to be credited as I stated. A ref # 1-237428 was given me and again I was told billing would "ticket" finance and this would solve problem and my bal would be zero. more recently phone communications with "Lee" and informed an escalation number 1-241415564236R2 would be filed and new-correct bal be posted in 7-10 business days. In 2018 I had comcast and had to move because I bought a house. I called comcast and tried getting my services transferred to my house but it could not be transferred because comcast didnt service that area. I was told that the cancellation fee will be waived because service couldn't be transferred which I said ok. Then about 30 days later i got a $490.92 bill saying i owed comcast money with early termination fees on there so i called comcast again and the guy i spoke too said dont worry about the cancellation fee again just return the equipment. DirecTV has been charging me for channels I dont have that I should have in my package. They removed a channel or channels without notifying me or any other customers but yet is still been billed for channel we dont have. We the customers are getting robbed out of money. I'm trying to see if anything can be done about this matter.
