DirecTV raised my rates without my knowledge, and also billed me for almost a year when the service was not working and I had open repair tickets/claims. I have spent many, many hours on the phone with them getting the billing corrected. They would say they were crediting an amount, and they would credit less or nothing at all.

Xfinity mobile Advertisement clearly states everyone is eligible to bring their own phone (iphone only) no credit checks if I bring my phone over. Only qualification mentioned anywhere (including small print) is to have Xfinity internet service. Therefore, I dropped AT&T ordered Xfinity internet, Representative confirmed I was able to bring 3 iPhone over and ordered me 3 sims cards.to be delivered by Saturday May 25. Hi yes my name is James w Branch and i have paid for internet service at 386 Reynoir st Biloxi Ms 39530 ... And i ask the man who installed my modem and equipment to rewire or move my equipment up and out of the way cause i have kids and small dogs and i dont want any of them to get hurt and he refused to move it up and out the way even when i repeatedly ask him to move the equipment so my kids and dogs dont get hurt he said just watch them around it and i said i cant be here 100% of the time and i work i told him there had been cable here before and he could move it there where there use to be a cable box and he told me that he didnt have time to run the cable that way that if would be fine

I moved from fellsmere florida to miami and i requested a service move to my new address but DIRECT TV couldn't offered me the services due to a reception and the landlord restrictions.i explained them ,the tech went on may 9 2019 to install the services and he couldn't of course.he documented the issue.Direct tv and att told me to give the boxes back on an ups location which i did and they still charged me for services and cancellation on june 2 .i have over draft fees and everything they charged me 460 for cancellation.

On May 17th 2019 I went to my bedroom on the 2nd floor and turned on the TV. It came on but I had no picture. I had closed captioning but nothing else so I new it was not my TV. I then tried rebooting the system and it was still the same. I then dialed 611 tech support and explained the issue. The guy on the other end tried rebooting my system again. It was still the same. He informed me that I had a bad mini cable box and needed to be replaced. He said his earliest appointment he had was May 19th between 4 and 8 pm and that there will be no charges for this service. I was recently visited by a door to door salesperson on Memorial day (5-27-2019), his name was Dylan.. He lied to me during the visit several times during this visit (which I did not find out until later, after the DirectTV had already been installed).
