Hi yes my name is James w Branch and i have paid for internet service at 386 Reynoir st Biloxi Ms 39530 ... And i ask the man who installed my modem and equipment to rewire or move my equipment up and out of the way cause i have kids and small dogs and i dont want any of them to get hurt and he refused to move it up and out the way even when i repeatedly ask him to move the equipment so my kids and dogs dont get hurt he said just watch them around it and i said i cant be here 100% of the time and i work i told him there had been cable here before and he could move it there where there use to be a cable box and he told me that he didnt have time to run the cable that way that if would be fine

Purchased a device on May 6th 2019 with an installment plan with ATT at the Apple store. Returned the device the next day which grants me a full refund of the new line and the device amount funded. This resulted in n overcharge on my account which they have refused to remove. For a month, I have called several times with an ATT and/or Apple employee present and was told that this issue would be solved quickly and was even given the date of the 2nd of June being the latest it should be resolved. I asked to downgrade my mobile data plan from 15GB to 7GB. When I did this they said no problem they would take care of it, then they said since I had recently bought the new iPhone X that I was eligible for a free iPhone 8! And my mom still had the 6 so I thought great, I asked the guy several times if I would have to pay for an extra line, because I didn’t want to do that, and he said no. Well basically not only have I been charged for an extra line, but this supposedly “free” phone has been costing me $28 a month! For over 19 months now! I asked him several times to make sure that my mom’s number would remain the same, and that they wouldn’t charge me for an extra line, and he said no
