AT&T Complaint

I was lied to about a "promotional" price and having my fiber optics installation fees in divided $payments. NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED!!! We didn't get our promised promotion of $24.99 (even though we had a mailed card from AT&T), did NOT break up the optics payments but charging us the FULL price up front (despite us repeatedly saying we are on a fixed income AND have been LOYAL customers of Direct TV for 14 yrs.), but you have lied to us, stolen our money repeatedly, raised the fees, etc. This has basically DARKENED our relationship with AT&T/Direct TV.

My and husband and I spent weeks challenging a bill. I spoke to customer service for ATT and after arguing with the guy for a while he says the problem is with Directv. He transfer me to Directv. The lady adjusts my bill and gives me the amount. I asked her if that is the full amount. She assures me yes and would I like to pay it now. I said are you sure that is the full amount. She assures me again yes. I get my card and pay by phone. Weeks later, I get a collection notice in the mail. I call them. She said she was going to close the account. Last month, I get an email from Credit Karma that someone put a negative response on my credit and to check it. I check it and it is a different colle

AT&T Wireless Complaint

Much fraud. I keep getting told to go into store, store tells me I have to call. Back n forth since January of 2019, phones were shut off this morning. 2 are business lines... much business lost. Can you help me? There has been a line added without my knowledge, tv added to service but we do not have tv through atnt. Lots of fraud and no one will help. I keep getting the runaround and I don’t know where to turn.

AT&T Complaint

I have been dealing with trying to get my direct TV through AT&T bill taken care of when I canceled the service 3 days after I got it and no one can seem to get it straight. I have been dealing with them for 6 months now. I have been told it is taken care of but just got a bill in the mail again.
