AT&T Wireless Complaint

Att suspended my service twice, and they claim i own more money that I do. I pay for the past month as they ask me to do and they say will solve the problem for next bill, and suspended my service again. I went to the store and they said I have to call, I call and they said to go to the store, I have spend hours, lot of hours in this problem, in the chat, in the phone, in person. No solution and they even hangup on me.

I sent money order to AT&T DirecTV they saying they haven't received my payments they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 I called and track my money orders and they have been cashed buy DirecTV I have a money order for April 3rd 2019 AT&T DirecTV said they didn't get it but it was cashed on April 16th 2019 another money order that I sent June 2nd of 2019 and it was cashed June 19th a 2019 buy AT&T DirecTV and they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 and I'm sitting here without any television because my TV doesn't have a converter box so it only works with the cable I'm not able to watch any shows at this moment I'm upset I paid them my money they cashed it and giving me the runar

Like thousands I was told I would get a free phone and now I’m paying almost 1000 for it you call the store manager and he tells you the phones free once you have got the buy one get one free phone customer service says your not eligible because they gave me the wrong GB I went to the store the manager says customer see is wrong so I called customer service they told the store they can’t offer that deal and they still are while they argue who’s wrong I’m stuck paying for this and just to make sales the AT&T store continues to sale them mislead people

When I first started with AT&T they promised me free phones no device payments of any kind free activation they promised me to be a certain amount a month which it wasn't I had to negotiate with them and get them to get down to where they said so I actually got the price down but then they messed up when they first tried to activate it and they activated the cards I sent with the wrong card for the phone and then they activate two more cards and they poured over my correct number so I had six phones on the account and then instead of fixing it it is opened a new account fraudulently and told me the other one is closed so then they forced me to be in collections to try to get the old account

I haven't had my device since June 1 and they sent me a high bill and im not paying because they can't get my replacement device to me. My account is all messed up several representatives have told me when they look at my notes they see a lot of mistakes and wrong device on my account. This is frustrating all I was wanting was my device replacement and they can't work that out
