AT&T Wireless Complaint

An Apple Watch activation resulted in duplicate activations since Sept. 2018. One activation (the broken one) said "Apple Watch Access" and my account was tagged for $15.24/mo. The other one, said "AT&T Unlimited Wearable" and charged me $16.05/mo. Between 2 chat sessions and a phone call, I spent over 4 hours today trying to fix that and cancel another unwanted charge. At the end, I was offered a $100 credit. It's not a lot of extra $ but the whole process of eliminating unwanted features and charges is intended to take excess time and wear customers down. I think it amounts to a deceptive trade practice.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

My galaxy S7 is fully paid for, att gave me the wrong unlock code six times. On the 7th try they told me the phone is permanently locked to their network and there is nothing I can do. I fulfilled my obligation, the agreement is that I can unlock the phone I have tried to unlock the phone for 2 months, I must have spent over 10 hours on the issue.

I needed to get a plan where my bill is less and the rep said she can get it lowered from $270 to $230 if i do the streaming mivies on my phone plan so i said is that everything included she said yes i just get a bill for $309 and so she kied and it went up and i called to have my old plan back and they told me i can no longer have my old plan back and the only way i can have lesser bill is to get a plan with a more limited service

AT&T Complaint

For last six months AT&T agents have been installing fiber optics cables in our neighborhood.They have littered my front yard with cables hanging to the ground level and have left a black gadget measuring 1foot diameter and four feet long. It is still there as of today lying on the ground. Nobody asked my permission to do that. It is unsightly to say the least. There also some cable debris. I have taken photos of all this littering.

When purchasing my apple watches over the phone I specifically asked them to put insurance on them. My watch was just stolen last night and I went to get a replacement with the insurance, but was told I have no insurance on either watch. Talked to multiple reps and supervisors today for several hours and have repeatedly been hung up on and or told they won’t fix it for me. I am now stuck with a large bill remaining on a watch that was stolen without being able to get a replacement because THEY Messed up and did not put the insurance on my watches.

I filed an insurance claim on my phone. Att has been harassing me and my dad saying they never recieved my return. I have video showing the locked mailbox I put the phone into showing the tracking number and the address of the post office box I used. When I called in today after my dad sent me a string of messages at 4am and cussing me out at 8am. The agent told me they recieved the phone and we shouldnt have been being harassed. After they were going to charge us for the phone never being returned. For over the past year my bill for Direct TV, Internet and home phone was $116. In April this went to $159 so I called on May 6, 2019 to see how to reduce this monthly bill. I was told if I added m cell phone for $30 a month my new package for the four services would be reconfigured to $120 a month. I verified with the CS person that this amount would include all 4 services and I was assured this was true. I would not have accepted this offer otherwise. I accepted this offer.
