AT&T Wireless Complaint

I was tricked into adding another line without my knowledge. Insurance was cancelled on the phone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was then told that I could get a new phone for $99 because of a special promotion. I was never told I was going into a contract or adding a new line. Now I can’t cancel it they said I accepted terms and conditions but it was not with my knowledge I was tricked into it.

Months after closing my account and being guaranteed multiple times that my charges would be waived, I get collection notices. I’ve spent close to 20 hours on the phone over the course of 4 months, and every time I’m told the issue is resolved. Without fail, a week later another issue arises.

Since I switched my services to AT&T on August 31 2018 I have issues with Billing Services and Phones. I did get some credits for these issues but the issue has not been resolved. My plan has been change monthly causing more fees the phones were replaced but still have issues with call text and connectivity I have brought the phones in to both Best Buy and AT&T to be referred back to tech support. I signed up for at&t cable through a 3 party through Walmart, they took my personal information took money from account, never showed to install until almost a month later, they sent a man to my home in his personal vehicle, he was in my home for 2 hrs, installing the equipment, left 2 days cancel my cable in which they had opened 3 account in my name for internet, not cable, so now I have no cable no one has made any attempt to reimburse me nor reconnect my services, but are still call and ask for more money for services I don't have ,then sent a bill for $100, , for something I had for not even 32 hrs ,

I was told by an AT&T representative, that when I moved, if I stayed with their services at my new location, they would install and allow me to use their Genie Wireless satellite services, for NO equipment charges or installation, My avg bill for Direct TV / AT&T for 10 years plus was 185.00 a month, my very first bill from At&t was over a 1000.00 dollars. its Now in collections going against my credit , Please help

I have cancelled my services starting today Jul 8th. My billing cycle started Jul 3rd and goes thru Aug 2nd. The customer service person has informed me that AT&T no longer do proration of the final bill and, therefore, will not pay me a refund for services not used from Jul 9th thru Aug 2nd.

So after learning that the compay added a fee to my account which increased my bill, I requested to have my account cancelled with no penalities as this is what it says in my contract. This was after trying to get out of the account after the company kept promising me a line of real internet with wifi capabilities but when I went to pick up the equipment from the store the employees let me know I was getting the same thing with the same type of service the second time that I had the first time which was a mobile hotspot which is a huge difference from high speed internet service with wifi abilities. I teach classes in an online classroom. I have done this for over a year using AT&T internet. I was upgraded to 6mbps internet speed and my speed worked for many months. On 6/28/2019, my internet ceased to function. I contacted techincal support and they did a diagnostic. They determined that the problem was with the outside line. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on 7/5/2019. I was informed that this was the earliest appointment I could get. The technician came out on 7/5 and said that there was a problem with the outside line. He also said that I was oversold with my internet speed and that I could not get 6mbps internet speed at my address. This does not make sens
