I have a legal document from at&t where O was give cable services through them for $22.00 for 12 months given by yhe loyalty department on april 27th 2019.They did not honor there word nor legal document and had my bill higher.When I called to complain they would not honor the document

AT&T has placed a bogus charge on my bill which I am planning on disputing and I am fully expecting it to go to arbitration. In the meantime however they are threatening to suspend my service which I cannot afford to have happen. Is there any way to put a stop on this suspension until the dispute has been settled? If they will not stop suspension, can I cancel my service and take my phones to another carrier?

Have been being charged for a line I did not authorize or know about until last month, the refuse to take it off my bill. Reps say it is connected to a phone that I returned under the insurance contract, I had to pay extra when my phone that was still under warranty quit working, the insurance sent me a new phone and said to just put my SIM card in it. Little did I know that they were going to charge me for a new line as well as for my old line. I will not pay the charges and they keep threatening to disconnect me. When porting over 4 numbers I was told my bill would be no more than $260 with everything included. I had no home of my own, they told me by porting over my 4 numbers I was eligible for the BOGO with no stipulations and I consistently asked them over and over are you sure. On multiple occasions they said yes. Different reps. They never said I needed home services to be eligible. I started the process online and ended up going to the store because they only sent one phone out and during that time my sister passed away so I was out of town. I asked if they wanted to cancel the entire thing all together and they said no just go pick up the other phones in the store which was in another city. We
