Ally Complaint

I called Ally Financial Auto Finance the end of May inquired about a deferment for June's payment and advised that I was told per my contract that I had 30 days from June 9th to make my payment to not be considered late. As this was of importance to me. I've never been late on my payments. I responded ok great. I knew right at that moment that I needed to make two payments in the Month of July to get my payments back on track. I immediately contacted Smart Pay to hold from drafting any money from my account in the month of June and to start back in July that my payment needed to be on time to post by 7/9 to meet the 30 days and not be late. My truck was repossessed. Ally took my $2,800 to get it back, I went to the impound lot in Little Rock, AR to get it back and it was gone! I called Ally and was only able to speak with foreigners who told me they had it picked up and sent to auction by mistake anyway. All they did at that time was give me phone numbers to different auctions in OK, TX and TN to try to locate the vehicle myself and be expected to go out of state to get it MYSELF and only told they could send me an email complaint form. When I bought my car from the dealership I had 15 hard inquiries against my credit. 4 of which were from ally financial.
