PayPal Complaint

Paypal didn't let me cancel a transfer. Paypal received my transfer and won't allow me to use those funds for any payments or transfer. Paypal employees have lied to me and said that I could use those funds and I couldn't. I called paypal and they have hung up the phone on me. Someone at paypal purposely type in the wrong security answers that I answered correctly to security questions so my account couldn't be verified. When I called once the representative purposely giggled as he stated the he couldn't hear me so he had to disconnect the call. He continued to repeat this and giggle. I wasn't able to buy food and I explain to several representatives that a percentage of the funds were to pay for groceries and that I people would be starving if those funds couldn't be used.

Lyft Complaint

They are holding my money up to 2 business days. They are breaching their contract at not letting me cash out my earnings as promised

Uber Complaint

A customer damaged my vehicle and Uber refuses repair compensation and refuses to provide information on the customer. The damage caused me three nights of earnings loss due to I couldn't work because of the damage to my car.

ADT Complaint

Increased rate on me. The contract said I can cancel without penalty if I disagree with the rate increase. I called to cancel, quoting the rate increase. They gave me an address to write a letter to. I did, quoting the contract’s rate increase clause. They canceled but charged me early termination fee. When I disputed, they said that I didn’t say I canceled because of rate increase. Blatant lie!

Airbnb Complaint

I made a booking for a unit in Puerto Rico and upon arriving the place was entirely trashed. After hours the host instructed us to go to a different unit and then the next morning the host changed the locks with our personal property STILL INSIDE. We had to wait hours for them to come to let us back in and then insisted we go stay at a different property. We told them we were going to have to go through air bnb because we did not feel like the hosts were safe or trustworthy. Then, AirBnB refused to give us our money back after all that. We took pictures and everything so now we have to sue them.

PayPal Complaint

I was sent $70, and I tried to deposit it to my bank but it wouldn’t let me. So when I tried to take the card off, it wouldn’t let me.

LuLaRoe Complaint

I have been attempting to cancel my contract with Lularoe since April of 2017. During that time the return policy being provided was: 100% buy back, pay all shipping fees, as long as the clothing was being returned within a year of purchase. Lularoe has me in a cancelation queue, however, they still didn't do anything to move forward. They waited until June of 2018 to finally say they would move forward, but they would not hold up to the original return policy of April 2017, which was when I requested they cancel. This means, they will not buy back any of my merchandise because it over a year old, they will not pay for shipping. Lularoe made the decision to wait over a year to possibly cancel my contract and they still have not. I have proof of contact and request from my end.

Alaska Airlines Complaint

I bought discount ticket. I needed to leave early. I called them they told me to purchase a new ticket going down. I did missing first part of round trip. They would not let me fly home on original round trip ticket. Even though I did what they said. They made me buy new ticket home.
