I recently signed up with Spectrum Mobile and chose an iPhone 8 as my phone. I was informed that I may exchange said phone for an iPhone X with no additional charges, except the price of new phone, and what I already paid in monthly fees for iPhone 8. I had iPhone 8 for ~2 weeks, and kept it in meticulous condition (always protected in case and stopped bringing it outside once I knew it was going to be exchanged). Spectrum charged me $350.00 and claims phone was water damaged and cracked. I have pictures of phone and box before I sent it via FedEx and their return label. I have tried to contact company numerous times with resolution to the matter.

Citibank sent me a debit card and allowed me to activate and deposit money then blocked my account and won't let me take my money saying that account is pending approval when I already deposited and received a valid debit card
PayPal Complaint
I changed my PayPal preferred payment method. I received an email from Paypal confirming that I had done this. I then purchased an item on ebay but PayPal took money from an account with insufficient funds. I have emails that prove this sequence of events. At the time of purchase, this account was neither a preferred or backup payment method but it was charged regardless. PayPal apparently has no way for users to even notify them they made a mistake.

Charles Schwab Complaint
I inherited some Schwab IRA accounts in 2012. I found a house I wanted to buy with some of my inheritance. I called Schwab and asked how I go about doing that. I had no previous knowledge of IRA's or any other investment accounts. I relied on Schwabs guidance. I was told by several Schwab employees that I didn't have to pay taxes on the money. So, I went through the process, under their advisement and guidance, only to get hit with an audit and nearly 40K worth of penalties, fees and taxes owed. I have told the IRS what they did to me, they don't give a crap. Schwab said they would help when I first called but then....they back peddled and for the past few years I have been trying to get them to do the right thing and they won't.
Citibank Complaint
I had a best buy credit card which is held by Citibank. I made a payment of $5107.04 in which they cashed the check on Feb 11th. The check was sent in with my monthly statement but they say that they dont know where to apply the funds so to this day, March 26th 2019, my acct is showing past due and goes to collections tomorrow. I have called them numerous times as well as opened a dispute and my bank faxed them a copy of the cashed check. They still wont apply it to my acct.

March 25th 2019, I contacted windstream at 7:22pm in regards to why my speed is 10mps and why i'm paying 90 dollars a month for internet when i should be paying 60 dollars. Now they have been doing this for years. They have also made a lot of false statements saying that we have faster speeds in my area when all I can find is their internet company with only 10mps. Now they have been doing this in rural areas for years. Why should I have to pay 90 dollars for slower internet while people in the city have to pay 70 dollars for speeds triple my speed. I also have a recording of customer service representative lying as well. Then she put me on hold after I asked her not to.

My son , who's age 3, and I had paid tickets for a flight. We together boarded and completed that flight however frontier is saying my child never arrived. Lord forbid my son went missing or got lost in the airport the airlines would dispute that no child was ever there. Now we have a flight plane issue.
