Overcharge, lied to to promised to switch to be lead a fool I want to my money back. I want my phones free as promised. I want my bill nopre than 85.00 a month as promised I need tht 385.00 to pay Sprint bc they was suppose to and yet they won't. I want the harassment to stop. I want to be honored everything promises

Frontier Communications Complaint
November of 2017 I moved from Aberdeen, ID to Pocatello, ID promising to transfer services to my new address. They instead created a new account under the new address, making it more difficult to discuss the correct account. After move in they were unable to provide service due to a hill right next to the apartment preventing a direct line to the tower. I called and asked where to go and they agreed to terminate the account due to their inability to provide services.
Verizon Wireless Complaint
On March 11 th I went into a Verizon dealer 2 purchase 2 phones and a watch the guy ran my credit and got my credentials due to my license being one week expired he said the computer is asking for a home bill like electric bill and a social security card are you able to bring those things in and we can sell you the devices . I said I’m a bit tired but ok I’ll go home and retrieve what your asking for He said ok I’ll just hold this under my desk until you return. Once I returned he ran my credit I picked a plan and he told me the monthly amount. There was another man in there that was showing me a cheaper plan I stepped over to talk to him , I then heard a voice say who phones are these , the guy that was helping me said it’s the lady over there he said oh no I’m not letting all this inventory walk out the door and she doesn’t have a down payment 2 phones and a watch !
Frontier Communications Complaint
Frontier Communications claims that I owe them $721. I have never had nor used Frontier services. I have called numerous times to have the company correct the issue but they have failed to assist me. Frontier has no store front presence in the state of Connecticut so I can provide any documents needed to rectify this situation.
DirecTV Complaint
Since signing up with direct tv every bill I am getting charged full price and not getting my 1 year at 1/2 price when signing a 2 year contract.Last time I was told they had never heard of such a deal and they have been conning customers for years with this scam

They were billing me twice for two separate account at one address for mine and my deceased grandmother's account.
Sprint Complaint
In January of 2019 I paid my Sprint bill and asked to terminate service in February and Port my iPhone number to MCS mobile. I explained that I was retired and couldn't afford the services and needed my phone unlocked since I owned it, and was planning to keep my number. In February I had difficulty with MCS overload and couldn't get any service so I asked Spring to get me one month on the senior discount plan: $49.
AT&T Wireless Complaint
In November of 2018 I did a BOGO deal. I upgraded my phone to an xs max iPhone and got my son a free iPhone 8. A couple days after I placed my order I was emailed and told that the iPhone 8 was back ordered and I would have to wait until mid January to get it. I was bummed out as the phone was a present for my son for xmas. I called to see if I could just pick a different phone and was told I could not as I would lose my BOGO deal if I canceled the order. So I decided to just wait.
Boost Mobile Complaint
I bought my phone unlocked for 900.00 at Best Buy. My husband had an account at boost so I joined his account. I got horrible service and was not happy with any part of the service. So we switched to T-Mobile. Well T-Mobile said my phone was locked by boost. I paid cash for my iPhone XR. I called boost to unlock it and they told me no and that I have to have active service for 12 months.
Comcast Complaint
Signed up for services not requested. Wrongfully promised services, unknowingly or not, and as a result, causing egregious charges on a monthly basis. Customer service did little to help and after several attempts simply ignored our complaints. Problem(s) not solved.
