On May 2, 2019, after a thunderstorm, my internet stopped working. I contacted Suddenlink Support to report the problem and the customer service representative (CSR) stated that she would make an appointment for a site technician (subscriber equipment) to come to my house, for which they would charge $60, but that if I would sign up for an additional service at $6.95 per month they would waive the $60 technician fee.

I M******** M account number XXXXX4884 I purchased 3 wireless phone devices 2 iPhone 8pluses and one iPhone X which was purchased April 2,2018 I took one of my devices in for repair early Feb 2019 and was given a loaner phone I received an email stating that my device was repaired and ready for pick up two weeks later just to arrive and receive my broken device in the same condition as left it in. I asked the representative why my phone had not been repaired? he stated "I closed out the account and reported it stolen".
Comcast Complaint
I'll give you the long story short because it's a lot. Basically my internet hasn't been working for over a week and I had called comcast asking if they would be able to lower my bill due to the fact it hasn't been working. Fast forward they charged me twice in the amount of $62.36. Later i asked why they did so and they said they would immediately reimburse my bank account within 3 business days. its been over 2 weeks and still i have not yet received my money
Sprint Complaint
The salestaff hustled me.
I didn't like the model of phone or Sprint service.
The service didn't work at my job location.
They wouldn't let me return phone in the 2 weeks I had to try it. I was told there was a $45 restocking fee which was never mentioned.

Dear Sir, I hope you have time to see my email. I am a victim of Internet fraud by Mr. Justin G******. I bought Tv LG Oled from him on April,10,19. He was expecting 900. but he did not want to pay a fee for eBay or PayPal. so he asked me if I can make payment through Apple pay or google pay or PayPal he will charge me 800 USD. I did try to method it did not work for me.
Verizon Complaint
I have been unable to access my online account, and therefore have tried to pay over the phone. Multiple times this has been bounced, even though there are no issues with my financial accounts, and this has lead to multiple cancellations and reinstatement with changing order numbers. I have never been able to get in contact with someone for a resolution as several of the verizon phone numbers will drop my call as soon as I type my phone number in, leading me to believe that they are deliberately trying to push my account into collections.

I call into Sprint every month to dispute my billed amount. I get it resolved or so I'm lead to believe. The next month rolls around and my bill is twice what I agreed.
DISH Network Complaint
I signed up for Dish Network late August 2018. I was not informed that Dish was in negotiations with HBO and Cinamax and that there was a possibility of loss of programing. On November 1st Dish claims that HBO and Cimamax have stopped making their signal available to Dish. Both HBO and Dish dispute this statement from Dish. I contacted Dish about the loss of the channels and was told that they only expected the interruption to be temporary. I canceled my service paid my bill less the early cancel fee in full as well as all equipment returned.
Gold’s Gym Complaint
I went to Gold’s Gym International (Montrose Crossing in Rockville, MD) to receive a personal trainer. I trained with the trainer for a month. The trainer quit. They didn’t replace the personal trainer which is a breach of their contract. In addition, I had to quit working out anyway due to a medical condition in which my doctor said I could not work out. According to the contract, I can cancel for medical reasons.
