T-Mobile Complaint

T-Mobile owes me a refund of $1,015. I moved my business to a location in October 2018, where T-Mobile was not receiving good reception, if at all. I transferred my 2 cellphone lines to a new carrier. I tried logging into my T-Mobile online account to see if it showed things closing out, but it was cancelled. I also did not receive any further statements from T-Mobile and assumed this meant everything was taken care of. With the move and a long awaited vacation, I didn't notice they continued to charge my credit card until February 2019. I called at that time and requested a refund, I never heard back from them. I was then charged for another month.

Google Fi Complaint

Google Fi is a phone plan offered by Google LLC which has a trade-in program to let new customers trade-in their old phones for credit card refunds. As shown in https://g.co/fi/trade-in, customers can get an estimation for their old phones by specifying the type and conditions of their old phone. I got an estimation by providing the information truthfully, which misled me to purchase a new phone and their phone plan as I'm expecting a $168 refund by trading in my old phone which has screen cracks but can be powered on. However, after I sent my old phone to them, they claim the phone is not what I described and only $9.85 refund can be given to me. I contacted google fi support team,

MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

I called Metro to inquire about charges on my account. The first employee I spoke with was rude and kept cutting me off when I was asking questions. Then she gave me incorrect information about my bill , so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Once transferred to a supervisor he explained in detail why I was billed the way I was. He explained that I wasn’t charged my while amount for my previous month billing cycle so I carried over. I informed him that I was unaware and I should not have to pay for a mistake that their system had made.

Sprint Complaint

Firstly, I signed up for sprint to have a cheaper bill. The company gave me an estimated bill of $220 when the bill actually ended up costing me $340 a month which was more than I previously paid at Verizon wireless. Upon recieving my phone I could not get service for 4 days because of the lack of communication within sprint wireless. I have now switched back to verizon after two years of service and lease agreement with sprint. Now after mailing back all 4 of my phones in working condition ending my lease agreement. I am being charged $274 for remaining balances or "scratches" on my phones bringing down the value.

Mastercard Complaint

Since the 7th of May 2019, PayPal has been holding my funds of a total of $250 that I have still not received. On the 13th of May 2019, PayPal said my funds will be credited within 3-4 days due to a delay. On the 20th of May 2019, I received an income saying that an extra $900AUD on top of my $250AUD has been credited to due an error which also stated that I cannot receive my $250AUD until I refund back the remainder $900AUD but non of the funds have even been credited to my account yet.

Boost Mobile Complaint

I have had boost mobile for my second time around now the first time being for four + years from approximately 2009 - 2014 and during that whol period i experienced countless dropped and interrupted phone calls from either bad service and/or at many times no service at all leaving me having to data as well. Now im on my second stint with boost this time for nearly 6 months and even after the last 5 years of being gone from boost the coverage and service hasnt changed one bit. I honesly dont understand how this business stays alive. Sometimes you dont even get what we pay for or good service as boosts mistakedly claims.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I signed a contract with at&t buy one get one free and have never got the discount. I have talked to a representative over 20 times and I keep being told that it's their mistake and being fixed. However over a year has passed I still have to call nonstop. Was on the phone with them for 5 hours today. Also I paid for the directv bundle witch included internet and a $200 gift card never received either one. I was told they cannot give service to my area however I have still been charged every month for over a year.

24 Hour Fitness Complaint

They refused to re-add my Son to our family plan after we stopped his usage for 1 month. Then forced another full contract for my Son. Then changed a letter in his last name and created another contract for my Son. Meaning 24 hour fitness charged my Son 3 full membership fees for 1 account. When they refused to stop charging us for 3 full accounts(They said we agreed to this) we stopped our bank from allowing them to charge our account, and started to pay our bill in cash.
