Citibank Complaint
On March 5th, 8th, 9th, and 14th, one of my credit cards was charged multiple times from Netflix. The charges were for either $11.99 or $14.99, and they originated from the Netherlands--a country I'd never been to, and they were charged in Saudi Riyal. I immediately called Citi to tell them about this and alert them of the obvious fraudulent charges.
Spectrum Complaint
When getting services we were told they would pay for our Direct Tv contract to cancel services. This was never taken care of no matter how many calls or filled out forms. We did not receive all channels promised or our gift card. We did not continue services and now i have a collection from Direct Tv they didnt pay and from spectrum. This is now effecting my credit report and it should have been taken care of.

Prolonged action, wrong changes, insurance doesn't work, customer service plays you in circles, charged for a line that sprint confirmed was shut off, haven't gotten a refund, false advertisements on new account buy one get one free, random charges not explained, inflated prices..... I got a nearly $300 bill and the second line is still on, I had to cancel a number that I had for 5 years because I couldn't get the phone repaired with the insurance I paid for, total not what was explained. much more.
AT&T Wireless Complaint
My name is ****. I was an at&t customer for many years. I also was a direct tv customer. My compliant is that i purchased two phone's from at&t a while back along with two wireless services at 40 dollars a piece plus the price of each phone which came to around 127.00 a month . I paid one of the phone's off early and canceled one of the lines which should have saved me the 40.00 a month. When it did not save the 40.00 i called at&t to ask why , they did not have a good answer but if i wanted to save money on my bill that i should bundle my direct tv with my wireless and save money that way. Big MISTAKE!
Comcast Complaint
Stopped my service after raising rates above agreed price of last billing inquiry,
my modem indicators off or flashing 04/08/19 .
04/09/19 physically disconnected my modem from comcast/xfinity.
04/19/19 Called requested senior citizen plan after calling foreign "customer service" poor connection/dropped, disconnected rep. called back still unintelligible.
04/23/19 returned unused/unopened TV service device. I only used internet, never TV device.
Xfinity representative left tag on door; no date time only 1st name and out of state phone number.
Continues to bill me after stopped service 04/09/19.
