Have been being charged for a line I did not authorize or know about until last month, the refuse to take it off my bill. Reps say it is connected to a phone that I returned under the insurance contract, I had to pay extra when my phone that was still under warranty quit working, the insurance sent me a new phone and said to just put my SIM card in it. Little did I know that they were going to charge me for a new line as well as for my old line. I will not pay the charges and they keep threatening to disconnect me. When porting over 4 numbers I was told my bill would be no more than $260 with everything included. I had no home of my own, they told me by porting over my 4 numbers I was eligible for the BOGO with no stipulations and I consistently asked them over and over are you sure. On multiple occasions they said yes. Different reps. They never said I needed home services to be eligible.
