Xfinity mobile Advertisement clearly states everyone is eligible to bring their own phone (iphone only) no credit checks if I bring my phone over. Only qualification mentioned anywhere (including small print) is to have Xfinity internet service. Therefore, I dropped AT&T ordered Xfinity internet, Representative confirmed I was able to bring 3 iPhone over and ordered me 3 sims cards.to be delivered by Saturday May 25. SiMs cards did not arrive so I drove 30 minutes to nearest branch. Rep could not activate phones because AT&T still had them locked. I have been overcharged the internet for five years! I'm a single mom of four, I attend two colleges with four classes each. Yep, that's right single mom four kids ages 11-4 and four classes. I'm on low-income housing, food stamps..... My "temporary hardship". I asked Charter about their low-income program internet for $20 a month. They told me they don't t service my area. I was recently visited by a door to door salesperson on Memorial day (5-27-2019), his name was Dylan.. He lied to me during the visit several times during this visit (which I did not find out until later, after the DirectTV had already been installed). AT&T Wireless Complaint

Purchased a device on May 6th 2019 with an installment plan with ATT at the Apple store. Returned the device the next day which grants me a full refund of the new line and the device amount funded. This resulted in n overcharge on my account which they have refused to remove. For a month, I have called several times with an ATT and/or Apple employee present and was told that this issue would be solved quickly and was even given the date of the 2nd of June being the latest it should be resolved.
