There was a passenger who stated she was nineteen, when she entered the vehicle my phone started acting up it ended her trip. To sum things up she made up a story once she got out of the vehicle posted the story all over Facebook called my Ex wife. But Lyft deactivate my account because of a one sided story.

I was the primary account holder for a family plan for 4 phones. Boost gave out my personal information TWICE to an unauthorized person who did not have any permission to break the plan. It was never disclosed in the booking details or the rental agreement that the property was 12 miles up on a mountain and had an elevation of 4,000 feet.
