Lyft Complaint

There was a passenger who stated she was nineteen, when she entered the vehicle my phone started acting up it ended her trip. To sum things up she made up a story once she got out of the vehicle posted the story all over Facebook called my Ex wife. But Lyft deactivate my account because of a one sided story.

Boost Mobile Complaint

I was the primary account holder for a family plan for 4 phones. Boost gave out my personal information TWICE to an unauthorized person who did not have any permission to break the plan. I've called the support lines twice to talk to corporate to make a complaint and was given FALSE promises and information. No one has called me as promised concerning this situation. This is a clear violation of my rights to confidentiality and breach of contract.

Airbnb Complaint

It was never disclosed in the booking details or the rental agreement that the property was 12 miles up on a mountain and had an elevation of 4,000 feet. The road to the property was a steep, winding nightmare, unlit and eventually foggy. It was very difficult to navigate as out-of-towners, even in the daytime. These travel conditions were extreme enough to cause a passenger panic attack after 30-45 minutes of attempted driving. It was decided that we could no longer continue forward to the property due to severe safety concerns. We attempted to contact the property host multiple times but were unable to reach them for several hours, eventually having to contact Airbnb support. We asked if t
