Fidelity Complaint

I place an order to buy $150,000 worth of stock in a Saving & Loan conversion (IPO) in my ROTH IRA. I sent it in 5 days before the deadline. All Fidelity had to do was write a check for $150,000 from my IRA acccount and send in along with my Stock Order Form. Fidelity, through their imcompetency, failed to get the form mailed in time. To be included in this offering you have to have a S&L account for many years. I had this account for over 10 years. These IPO, in general, go up 20% or more. 20% of $150,000 is $30,000. This is my loss. It may be more if the IPO goes up more than 20%.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

When I first started with AT&T they promised me free phones no device payments of any kind free activation they promised me to be a certain amount a month which it wasn't I had to negotiate with them and get them to get down to where they said so I actually got the price down but then they messed up when they first tried to activate it and they activated the cards I sent with the wrong card for the phone and then they activate two more cards and they poured over my correct number so I had six phones on the account and then instead of fixing it it is opened a new account fraudulently and told me the other one is closed so then they forced me to be in collections to try to get the old account

Airbnb Complaint

I am staying in a longterm airBnB while interning in Chicago for the summer, from June 15 to August 23 (about 10 weeks). There have been several small issues to which the hosts have been responsive (broken lock, for example). However, the airBnB said it has a "washer and dryer in building, for free or for a fee" as an amenity when I booked, and it is still there. The description also said there was laundry in the basement when I booked. I texted my host yesterday how I could access the basement laundry, and he replied that there was no laundry anymore. Frontier Communications Complaint

Frontier was cancelled over the phone 3 times in the past 3 months. They tell me that they will send me an email of the confirmation of cancellation and then they do not send anything. I have paid they every last penny owed to them and owe them nothing else. They will not take their equipment back without a pin, and they won’t give me a PIN number over the phone for security reasons. And they tell me that they will mail me a PIN number. I have never received any PIN number from Frontier in the mail. They told me they would send me a box and an address to send their internet box to and they have not done that either. AT&T Complaint

I was lied to about a "promotional" price and having my fiber optics installation fees in divided $payments. NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED!!! We didn't get our promised promotion of $24.99 (even though we had a mailed card from AT&T), did NOT break up the optics payments but charging us the FULL price up front (despite us repeatedly saying we are on a fixed income AND have been LOYAL customers of Direct TV for 14 yrs.), but you have lied to us, stolen our money repeatedly, raised the fees, etc. This has basically DARKENED our relationship with AT&T/Direct TV.

Comcast Complaint

I have called xfinity/comcast about an outstanding balance that is not applicable to my account. I have paid in full since November 2018, but comcast/Xfinity is saying I missed one payment in January. I paid in January my dues and have the bank statement showing the payment. The payment was then returned to me March 13th from comcast/Xfinity. I still have an outstanding balance of 300 dollars from This. I feel like comcast/Xfinity is trying to pull a quick one by doing this. I have called and called and had an escalation team work on this but we cant make a solution. So I don't know where else to turn to in fixing this problem that isnt mine.

Charter Spectrum Complaint

I have had on going issues with Spectrum for approx a year already & all has been noted my Spectrum, it's always something new and it's always a huge fight to resolve any issue. My latest issue is on June 10th 2019 my business phone just stopped working and I wasn't up & running until June 12 2019 so you can imagine how upset my customers were & you can imagine how my sales were negatively affected during this down time. I call Spectrum June 20 2019 to request a fair credit on my account and they first offered me $3.16 then $5.00 then their final offer was $10!!! How does this compensate almost 3 days with no business phone to run my business! My stress level for the down days were beyond he
