Around 5/11/18 i contacted dish network about canceling my service. the person i talked with was having issue with there system and said they would call back. they did and they were still having issues. they assured me they would cancel my service. i stopped watching the service and started using my new service. after waiting for a box to arrive for an extended amount of time i called a second time for my box to send my unit back. much to my surprise they hadnt canceled my service or sent a box. i waited for the box to arrive which came in Sept of 2018. I sent it back but was billed like $500 for the device. I had to call and get this all taken care of. There was no bill remaining

AT&T Wireless Complaint
Like thousands I was told I would get a free phone and now I’m paying almost 1000 for it you call the store manager and he tells you the phones free once you have got the buy one get one free phone customer service says your not eligible because they gave me the wrong GB I went to the store the manager says customer see is wrong so I called customer service they told the store they can’t offer that deal and they still are while they argue who’s wrong I’m stuck paying for this and just to make sales the AT&T store continues to sale them mislead people

Sprint Complaint
1) We were not receiving calls, notifications, voicemails and/or texts randomly on both our phones. We upgraded our phones but this did not correct the issues. Both my husband and I called multiple times to report the issues were were both having as well as engaging Sprint in chat sessions. We were promised many times that the issue would be looking into but we never received any call backs and the issues persisted. We lost a listing client because of this, costing us over $10,000 in commissions as well as damaging our integrity and reputation with both this client and the client who referred us to them.
Ashford University Complaint
They constantly contacted me and pressured me into enrolling in a course they claimed was close to graphic design (what I really wanted) and when I finally agreed they claimed I would be eligible for financial aid, no problem. Turns out they never processed my documents or something happened where I am now being held accountable for the full tuition out of pocket for a course I dropped out of.
Spirit Complaint
I purchased tickets (round trip) so that my son could came home for a funeral, but he had to be back in his state for work after. He had a lay over in Dallas and spirit claims the flight he was scheduled for was cancelled so a new one was being assigned, only to turn around and say those passenger had to wait 24 hours (even after waiting on a layover for 7 hour?)

Airbnb Complaint
I had booked a house in seaside heights with a host the day before check in. I have spoken with Airbnb and the host himself regarding the full refund. The host replied that he was not aware of his own place strict policy and had approved the message when speaking with me but said otherwise to airbnb. Later, to finding out there is a partner in this decision that was never made aware of till now. He will not pick up my phone calls or return them.
