AT&T Complaint

I sent money order to AT&T DirecTV they saying they haven't received my payments they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 I called and track my money orders and they have been cashed buy DirecTV I have a money order for April 3rd 2019 AT&T DirecTV said they didn't get it but it was cashed on April 16th 2019 another money order that I sent June 2nd of 2019 and it was cashed June 19th a 2019 buy AT&T DirecTV and they turned my cable off today June 25th 2019 and I'm sitting here without any television because my TV doesn't have a converter box so it only works with the cable I'm not able to watch any shows at this moment I'm upset I paid them my money they cashed it and giving me the runar

Verizon Complaint

Verizon contractors came through our neighborhood on 5/29 installing fios and cut my Comcast cable. I work on my investments from home and was unable to do this for 2 days. They also dug 4-5 holes on my property and did not fix them properly with top soil and seed leaving mud, rocks, and holes. We also have a Comcast temporary cable running across our property that I have to move every time I do yard work. The last thing is they left trash across the street from me which is still there. I have spoken to several people at Verizon and opened two tickets with them with no results. The last person I spoke to will no longer return my calls.

T-Mobile Complaint

I have STACKS aid notes and rep numbers, voice recordings documenting how T-Mobile has wasted in excess of 35 hours of my time resolving an accounting error on their part. They credited me back over $1200 already, but they failed to keep their commitment to fix my monthly total, which was the cause of the issue in the first place. It is a business account, and it is costing me money to deal with them. They have even disconnected my services, while my father-in-law who is a kidney transplant patient is in need of our assistance.

Comcast Complaint

Comcast has charged me fees after closing my account. These fees were never discussed prior to the closing of my account and the company will not present information justifying their stance aside from the original bill. This case has since been provided to a debt collector which has resulted in my credit getting hit. No one will listent to my case and everytime I am told by someone that they will look into it, nothing comes from it.

American Complaint

In year 2016 somewhere in December, I bought a ticket for my wife from DFW to SJC, but due to american airlines error, she happened to fly to cancun city of mexico, but her luggage arrived to SJC with correct flight. as she was not fluent in English, she couldn’t understand everything and she were instructed to stay in a hotel and the next day they take her to texas and she has to go again thru all immigration process and all. After that she always remembers that incident. Can you help ke in this to sue AA please. I would love to provide all necessary documents.

Uber Complaint

UBER paid me 20 dollars for a vomit fee but I deserved more because of the severity of the mess. I missed working most of my shift due to the smell of my car, at least 6 more hrs, I was 2.5 hrs in and was due to make at least 150 more. I tried to explain to uber that my schedule was so tight that I only had a few hrs to clean my car until I picked up my children and my shift was over. I went to a cleaning shop and they denied me service because throw up is hazardous. So I had to clean my car myself, a few hrs of deep scrubbing and a few hrs of drying and then I went on my way to get my kids. Uber said I needed a receipt in order to reimburse me but I cleaned the mess myself.

Frontier Communications Complaint

You have not provided me working service since my install. Please look in to 972 412 1109 to see why I am filing a Public Utilities Commission complaint against you personally and the way you choose to run frontier. Over 100 calls for not providing internet and tv doesn’t get over looked these days. And just because you loose the records my phone records will be very clear as to how many hours I spend on the phone and how you have an employee who is most likely jeopardizing your ability to business in Texas.. going after it if I don’t hear from you by Tuesday at 8 am. Been on the phone over 200 hours with your company and feel I have done my due diligence as a customer. Please look at the re
