Sprint Complaint

I was sent a Phone with a bad battery. I could not go to the store and ordered it online. Now they want me to take it to a store to have it diagnosed to see if the battery is bad. I’m willing to do that but if the battery is bad I want to return it and get a brand new phone. Because I do not trust them now on their refurbished phones. I don’t want to keep doing this with them. Why wouldn’t they have checked the battery on a refurbished phone with the same diagnosis they’re going to use for my phone when I take it to the store before they shipped it. I think it is fraud. Had issue back in august of 2018 of low upload speed on Microsoft xbox live 1.8 upload speed but I still have 324 download speed. I had numerous call outs and they blame xbox for the issue.. I got tired of calling them out to check my service, nothing comes of it except blaming xbox. I got another xbox and change their panoramic cable modem. Still same thing no upload speed and they say we don't do gaming issues. Well last week Cox had maintenance work from 1am-6am. in April 2019, I called to get a promo for internet only at my home, 400 mbs for $39.99 per month. the salesman was adamant about including tv, with the caveat that I could remove the tv portion of the bundle at any time and keep the promo internet. within 30 days, i called to remove the tv portion and was denied, stating that i would be charged for early contract termination, of which I never received, had an opportunity to review nor executed and have been given tremendous runaround ever since, wasting hours of my time and most of all stuck paying upwards of $113 per month for a bundle that is billed at $75 per month. For over the past year my bill for Direct TV, Internet and home phone was $116. In April this went to $159 so I called on May 6, 2019 to see how to reduce this monthly bill. I was told if I added m cell phone for $30 a month my new package for the four services would be reconfigured to $120 a month. I verified with the CS person that this amount would include all 4 services and I was assured this was true. I would not have accepted this offer otherwise. I accepted this offer. account is hotel business account from 2009 paid till june 2019 officially paid for more than $30000 so far to directv with protection plan ...suddenly third party dealer shuts off service from remote location....in last 10 yrs we have no control over account ,( no login or anything Directv said you cant login in business ac) so whatever they are advertising and publishing on papers are wrong after shut down account without notice ...we have to shut down hotel ...No one rent hotel room without tv and no provider to this area ...we file with FCC and state attorney general of IL

For over a year I've been going back and forth with T-Mobile about an escalated bill and complaining about a larger than normal bill. After many attempts / requests to T-mobile on why my bill was so High, I finally spoke with a representative who confirmed my suspicions. The rep informed me that I'd been paying for a phone that I "didn't have". To make matters worse I'd been paying this additional fee for over a year.
