Securus Technologies Complaint
Securus is supposed to provide video visitation for families from home to inmates in prison. Their process is cumbersome, and there have been many instances in which I've been unable to schedule on their website. I'm always forced to call and wait on hold to get anything done. Average hold time is 20 minutes. Their website has a ton of glitches, and their protocols are overwhelming, there is too much red tape. I am unable to schedule an appointment with my inmate at Varner Unit in Arkansas because of a glitch on their website. It will take 24 hours (or more) to fix. HIs birthday is tomorrow, so he will not have a visit on his birthday because once again, Securus screwed up!
Lyft Complaint
I was deactivated for for texts to company about they said was safety . My app appears to have been opened in fort worth dallas texas . I live n colorado then i started getting message about final warning to be deactivated for safety issues customers texted in . I a on 20% fee because I hae been ith company for so long. I have no infractions no tickets and my rating is 4.90 out of 5 stars . I think something is wrong I did see a rider agreement pop up before i started getting the message for deactivation but i swiped back and did not sign it then all this stuff started happening .I think its very peculiar. I havent had any people complain in the car about y driving

The Fraud Dept investigated a Allstate insurance check deposited in my account for 30 to 60 days. Ms. Taylor has assured me I will not be prosecuted for fraud and my money will be released unless Allstate request the settlement check to be refunded.
Sprint Complaint
I was charged $40 a month for 1 year of service for a phone that I paid in full and asked for the account to be canceled. I have the receipt and it shows on my account information but Sprint doesn’t want to correct the discrepancy.

Wells Fargo Dealer Services Complaint
I had my car repossessed about 2 months ago by Wells Fargo Dealer Services and from the time they took it to when I bought it back, it incurred over $2500 in damages. Almost every panel of the car had damage on it. They waited to take photos of it until hours after they had it in their possession, and by that time the damage was already there. They told me I am responsible for providing photographic evidence that the damage wasn’t already there- saying that regardless, the only reasonable evidence I could provide would have had to be time stamped just before or at the time they took it. AT&T Complaint
For last six months AT&T agents have been installing fiber optics cables in our neighborhood.They have littered my front yard with cables hanging to the ground level and have left a black gadget measuring 1foot diameter and four feet long. It is still there as of today lying on the ground. Nobody asked my permission to do that. It is unsightly to say the least. There also some cable debris. I have taken photos of all this littering.

My phone has been disconnected due to the reamining balance i havent paid and i know that i owe that money in which is 126 only. Upon checking after 2 months, with the discoonected lines unable to use them, didnt know that my bill continues with an 80 dollars fee montly even if it already disconnected. Comcast Complaint
I have been a Comcast customer since 2016 and have never had a billing issue until I moved from one residence to another in April of 2019. My bill increased after every year and when I moved I had decided I'd had enough and called cancel my Comcast services. I spoke with a rep named Roxanne and expressed to her that I was leaving because I did not want to pay $200/month for services and in an effort to retain my business, she promised me Showtime and Starz free for 1 year and she even voluntarily waived my $99 installation fee to move my equipment to my new residence.
