Hertz Complaint

I rented a car and it died one morning when I had a critical doctor's appointment to get to. I called Hertz and first they blamed me, for leaving the lights on or something, then they said that they had no responsibility to me, that I'd have to get it towed at my own expense. After arguing with them for a while, they finally conceded, towed my car, and I had to go to Hertz to get a replacement rental.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

Since I switched my services to AT&T on August 31 2018 I have issues with Billing Services and Phones. I did get some credits for these issues but the issue has not been resolved. My plan has been change monthly causing more fees the phones were replaced but still have issues with call text and connectivity I have brought the phones in to both Best Buy and AT&T to be referred back to tech support. I signed up for Centurylink Phone and internet service when my company migrated all office workers to WAH positions. I was advised that if I added home phone service, for around $10/month more, I would receive a $200 Visa gift card, I eventually did receive my giftcard but not till almost 3 months after my service was connected. Experienced a few outages here and there, mostly during bad weather, so I figured that's typical of severe weather. Then on Friday June 28-- my internet service crashed, around 4pm. I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER AT NEWARK AIRPORT & OTHER PARTS OF NJ. I PAY $50/MONTH FOR SERVICE BUT THEIR NETWORK CRASHES 60% OF THE TIME, ESPECIALLT AT EWR & I HAVE LOST APPOX $7,000 INCOME BECAUSE OF TBIS I HAVE TENS THOUSANDS SCREENSHOTS SHOWING "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE" & THE HOURS & HOURS TIME GONE BY THAT I CANMOT WORK. I AM A DRIVER WHO HASBEEN RETALIATED AGAINST FOR WHISTLEBLOWING. SINCE DEC 2018 I HAVE BEEN DENIED THE SAME EARNING RIGHTS AS OTHER DRIVERS. THEY WENT AS FAR 3 TIMES, TO SHUT OFF MY DRIVERS APP TO "REST FOR 6 HRS" AFTER BEING ONLINE FOR 12 HOWEVER I WAS IDLE!! THEY CANNOT COUNT THE HOURS SPENT WAITING AT THE AIRPORT FOR RIDES. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS SHOWING MY CAR DIDNOT MOVE & IT IS IN THEIR CONTROL TO SEND ME RIDES. THIS WEEK IVE BEEN ONLINE 32 HRSBUT MY EARNING ARE ONLY AT $95!!! THAT ISBEFORE HAS, TOLLS & MILEAGE.
