ADT Complaint

My name is E***** A*****, live at [...] WA. My family ordered ADT in May, 2018. We paid $800+ installation fee, monthly auto pay ADT $65 per month. I was promised to have cameras that recording our very small unit C-101, especially in sleeping hours in the night, and I was promised I could check the ADT Recordings within 30 days. However, ADT failed their Home Security duty as I have been attacked with Plague superbug disease needle shoots all over my legs and arms ever since May, 2019. Sprint Complaint

Bought 2 phones in store under BOGO deal. Never applied the BOGO deal, Have to call multiple times a months to get credit and spend an hour on the phone each time and go through escalations process, I have spent hours on the phone with Sprint to get them to correct what they messed up every month. Different explanations, outcomes every month. I just want the deal they promised me.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I was tricked into adding another line without my knowledge. Insurance was cancelled on the phone WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was then told that I could get a new phone for $99 because of a special promotion. I was never told I was going into a contract or adding a new line. Now I can’t cancel it they said I accepted terms and conditions but it was not with my knowledge I was tricked into it.

Paypal Complaint

They closed my account with 4150.99 in it that belo gas to me now they are telling me I have to wait 180 days for them to release my money to me in case of chargebacks. Total crap they are making more money off of holding my money. All transactions are final and complete. Bunch of thieves.

AT&T Complaint

Months after closing my account and being guaranteed multiple times that my charges would be waived, I get collection notices. I’ve spent close to 20 hours on the phone over the course of 4 months, and every time I’m told the issue is resolved. Without fail, a week later another issue arises.

Charter Spectrum Complaint

We moved into a new home and Spectrum sent out a tech to run new lines in our house. My laptop computer was sitting on my desk. I was not home when the tech did the work. When I got home I went to go on my computer and it was busted up. It was put back on my desk like nothing happened. The tech was the only person to enter my room. They sent out a investigator who denied the claim saying there is no proof that the tech did it. I have a picture I took the night before of my desk with the computer sitting properly on my desk. The next picture I took after I discovered my computer busted up in the exact same place.

AT&T Complaint

I signed up for at&t cable through a 3 party through Walmart, they took my personal information took money from account, never showed to install until almost a month later, they sent a man to my home in his personal vehicle, he was in my home for 2 hrs, installing the equipment, left 2 days cancel my cable in which they had opened 3 account in my name for internet, not cable, so now I have no cable no one has made any attempt to reimburse me nor reconnect my services, but are still call and ask for more money for services I don't have ,then sent a bill for $100, , for something I had for not even 32 hrs ,
