Sprint Complaint

Sprint sales rep promoted items falsely sprint was aware of no sign contract on devices that were later billed into my contract no resolution but small reimbursement that will roll back over to sprint. No feed back on actions. Constant follow ups on my behalf that led to a dead end. Robbery on the blind because I still ended up paying for items that sprint should of been accounted and held liable for as per fraudulent sale transaction. Last but not least few months ago I called in to close the account and made a payment no only did I say more than once “are you sure once I make this payment I am done with sprint” the rep also continued to state that he will follow up with me do to the multiple discussions on my account.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

On February 3, 2019, I was chatting on the internet with a AT&T representative named Steve. Steve provided me with information about an AT&T plan because I was thinking of switching from Sprint.

I asked about keeping my phone number, and after I provided the numbers, Steve told me I could do that. During this chat I placed the order. However, about 15 minutes later, while I was still on the chat with Steve a woman named Breana, saying she was from a company called Enjoy Tech, arrived at my door saying that she was delivering the phones I had ordered and asking me to pay $1805.24.

DirecTV Complaint

DirecTV has owed me $173.46 since December 2018. After countless calls to customer service, the finance department, and anyone else I could call, I was given the run around and told that I should keep waiting for a gift card. In addition to the $173.46 they are withholding from me, they also never paid me the $300 visa gift card I was promised when signing up years ago. I have been continually lied to and have been forced to waste many hours on this dispute.

Cricket Wireless Complaint

On April 25 I went into a cricket wireless store bought 2 phones Idue to circumstances I had to return them. So I called company talked to employee who told me that every penny I spent will be returned except activation fee. When I get to store I can only get refund for phone so we call in talk wit rep he says no I ask to speak with his supervisor and after holding same guy comes back on phone says he is boss man. Then ask me to hold to check a loop hole I do that is when I'm told if I paid with card I could get refund if cash then no. I told him he was wrong and he argued with me. The phone did not get used the service was not used and I was told every cent returned. And because I paid cash

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I am reaching out to these corporate offices of AT&T for your kind assistance in what appears to be an untenable situation with my AT&T account(s).

On March 28, 2019, my now ex-husband, **** ******** and I went to the AT&T Store in Dallas, Texas, requesting that his cell phone be removed from my wireless account. We were both told that the bill was “unified” and I was astounded as I have had no other AT&T Service other than wireless for over five (5) years. Why the bill was unified still, I will never pretend to know the answer to inept and incompetent business practices.

Sprint Complaint

In January 2019, I called to cancel my account. I returned my phone on time, paid what I was told all that I owed. I asked for a zero balance letter I never received. in March I get a letter stating that I am about to have my services cancelled. I call and they looked at the account apologized and said that they were closing out the account and that I owed nothing. 4/23/19 I receive a bill for 343. i call and I'm told it was for an early termination fee for the phone I returned. I told them that is not what the bill says. The bill says it is for the phone. they escalate it to three different people. The last person says that is for the termination of the phone, but they will split the bill. i pay again half of the bill and tell them I am going to retain a lawyer because three times I have asked for a letter stating that the account is closed and that I have a zero balance they have refused.
