I have very bad cell service on both of my devices. I have call and spoken with several Sprint representatives and have been told they don't guarantee service everywhere and the only way to cancel my service to to buy out the remainder of my lease. this is a problem for me since i am now stuck paying for a product that does not work as pitched.

AT&T Wireless Complaint
They charged me for a contract they never informed me of. They put it on my credit report after refusing to show proof of acknowledgment of contact. They have charged my credit card to pay someone else's account, then told me I could not go off auto pay.
Experian Complaint
I'm in a perpetual Experian created problem that takes me hours to fix each time. I have been a victim of identity theft but having a credit freeze and fraud alert is a major handicap to just conducting daily business as a business owner. The two other agencies TransUnion and Equifax are simpler to fix, although it takes about an hour each time this happens, to fix the problem by going thru a series of questions to prove your identity. With Experian you CAN'T speak to a person. It us only an automated voice mail. If you day the word fraud or alert (to remove their mistake) you are told they have reinstated another freeze and will also notify the other agencies. So then the cycle starts all over.
DirecTV Complaint
First of all I've been a direct tv customer for 14 years. Ever since at&t took over that company has gone down hill. My first complaint is every 3 months I have to call and go over my bill because there is crap charges on there and channels I never ordered that I'm being charged with it happens every time I look at my bill.
AT&T Wireless Complaint
I paid my contact in full, I paid 24 months as my contact states and ATT charged me with $109.00 on fraudulent charges.
Experian Complaint
I have an account that was opened in March of 2012 and 1st delinquency date is April of 2012. I Submitted a dispute based on statute of limitations being exceeded and they refuse to remove it from my report. Iwent through the same process with both Equifax and TransUnion and had no issues removing the account (Peak Acceptance) from my report. Not only has Experian refused to remove it from my report they now have the date to come off my bureau set at January of 2028. So 10 years on top of the statute of limitations...they are obviously on the side of the dispurser and have no regard for whom they are actually effecting.
Liberty Tax Service Complaint
I paid for electronic.... received my federal but preparer failed to file my state properly.
I complied with the state and the finally mailed the refund to me (not to Liberty's bank) last week.
Boost Mobile Complaint
My phone was hacked and the sun card mirrored. Someone else posed as me took control of my phone lines one personal one business. Then took control of everything in my Google social media and cash app accounts. Took naked pics of me through my Google account
Comcast Complaint
Paid for premium internet service for many years and was not getting the internet service speeds I was paying for due to a faulty underground cable line creating a weak signal and internet issues over same period.
