Citibank Complaint
Basically they decided to charge me $102.09 in overdraft fees after they were supposed to block transactions exceeding my balance to go through. They failed to do so and now I’m left with the bill
Frontier Communications Complaint
In April 2017, I made a call for Frontier to ask if they offered Fiber in my area ([…]) and a internet speed higher than 30Mbps. I was told over the phone that they do offer Fiber and a speed of 64Mbps. I made sure to explicitly state that I only wanted the service if it was Fiber and was affirmed by the sales rep that that was the case and he scheduled a time for a technician to come out.
Sprint Complaint
I am a valid customer since 2014 and I never got the service I want , every month i pay my bill and I don’t get what I want I have NO coverage when i go out of my city , I can’t reach my husband while he at work, last weekend we paid my husband phone off and we canceled the lease on his phone and the advisor promised to us that my husband phone will be unlocked within 24-72 hours
Budget Car Rental Complaint
Over charge me 921 saying I didn't turn the car in until 9 days later, when I actually turned the car in early , it was due Apr5 I turned in Apr4 after hours, I dropped my key and took a video recording of the car in the terminal and went home, I called budget a about five days later to see why they haven't taken the money out of my account, they never mentioned not receiving the car yet, about three weeks later I check my account and see they charged 1300 dollars 921 dollars more than they should
AT&T Wireless Complaint
AT&T cannot provide me a bill explaining my total amount due. every time I have logged into their website it says my first billing statement is not available for viewing at this time however, i have been a customer of AT&T for 2 years or more. I have since cancelled my service but the amount due is unknown, as any time i call to request an amount due they simply pass me back and forth between wireless and u-verse even though i do not have a uverse account. This can be resolved if they would simply provide me a bill explaining my charges. As of writing this i have a bill stating total charges of $204.77 but total due of $828.92 with no explanation as to why the amount is different.
T-Mobile Complaint
I M******** M account number XXXXX4884 I purchased 3 wireless phone devices 2 iPhone 8pluses and one iPhone X which was purchased April 2,2018 I took one of my devices in for repair early Feb 2019 and was given a loaner phone I received an email stating that my device was repaired and ready for pick up two weeks later just to arrive and receive my broken device in the same condition as left it in. I asked the representative why my phone had not been repaired? he stated "I closed out the account and reported it stolen".
Suddenlink Complaint
On May 2, 2019, after a thunderstorm, my internet stopped working. I contacted Suddenlink Support to report the problem and the customer service representative (CSR) stated that she would make an appointment for a site technician (subscriber equipment) to come to my house, for which they would charge $60, but that if I would sign up for an additional service at $6.95 per month they would waive the $60 technician fee.
AT&T Wireless Complaint
They over charged me several months on insurance and sold me a tablet for 99 cents said they would charge 20 dollars a month but ended up charging way more and then when I pointed out the insurance they only credited me for a few months and they ended up canceling it without my knowing or authorization in January and then when my phone got stolen at my place of employment on May 3,2019 I called them the next morning and kept me non the phone and on hold plus transferring me to several people and ended hanging up on me.
Airbnb Complaint
I rented a 2 Bd-2 Bth Condo in Las Vegas (4/24-29/19) for $1086.00 through Airbnb. The host owners name is Peter. First, just pulling up to Peter’s unit in the farrr back of the complex and not the same building in his advertised pictures is misleading and misrepresenting. Up the unmentioned 16 flight of stairs and no elevator for the disabled or handicapped, we entered the unit and “Immediately” found it UNSANITARY, the stench of stale water and filthy, dirty towels on the floor and a balcony chair.
