Spectrum Complaint

Our Internet went out on 25 April. Spectrum came to repair it on 27 April, and walked off with our television remote. They have since sent out three technicians to return or replace the remote, but have never returned or replaced the remote. They have refused to supply us with any contact information for their local office or a supervisor.

Lyft Complaint

Lyft took 299$ out of my 83yr old mother's checking account for 4 months. She never signed up for that type of acct. My sis set it up for her. Not only did they take the money but they also charged her for rides. The bank says that they obviously either made a mistake or intentionally tried to fraud. Other accts thebank says from timeshare companies deduct for rides. My mother doesn't even know how to send a text message and rarely uses lyft.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I have a multiline account with at&t. I HAD the $50 monthly plan, me being the primary owner of this plan. The other person,who had ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE CHANGES, decided to go change MY prepay plan to the $65 monthly plan and they NOT ONLY ALLOWED IT they refused to fix the problem by switching it back to MY original plan. So now my plan has gone from a total of $78 a month to $108 a month.

MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

I wasnt getting calls nor text, my phone was doing everything that a hacked phone does, in fact it appeared as if cloned. 5 times I went to metro pcs stores and the employees acted like I was an idiot. Like they had never heard of cloning nor hacking. I noticed files appearing called UNITYAd Rewards, Apk, MPK logger, photo cropper, hidden files and programs all over my phone.

Santander Complaint

I believe I was in a Usary car loan. I surrendered the vehicle voluntarily.

Only $5,512.63
Paid: $17,407

I'm open to financial compensation, but I'm simply asking for the final balance, which is now $12,989 (after they sold the car) to be Zero'd out on my Credit Reports.

Sprint Complaint

Representatives gave wrong information and didn’t update payment showing our account paid in full for April 2019. Put us under a contract that we are to honor but they are not honoring their contract to us. Every time we speak to someone, information is not recorded on our account and different information is given.

Verizon Complaint

Collections showing from Verizon due to what they claim in-returned equipment. We have called and spoke to numerous people stating we do not have the equipment we returned with UPS pickup as Verizon never provided the return supplies. It’s outdated old equipment and if we had it we would have returned it to avoid this mess but we don’t. I have contacted headquarters as well and they state nothing they can do. All we would like is for them to remove this account from collections. We are not looking for any compensation but it’s been straining on the stress from the credit report hit and trying to get the issue resolved without legal help.
