Verizon Wireless Complaint

Last month I wanted to trade my phone to Galaxy S10 + and went to Verizon authorized retailers on Geary boulevard. There an employee gave me Galaxy S10 instead of S10+ I noticed that when I went to another galaxy store in Stones town Gallery and I cane back to authorized retailers telling their mistake the person who gave the phone to me returned me back 2 times with different excuses and when I came the last time he was fired. I called customer service and the representative said that they will refund me everything I paid from activation fee to screen protector and case and tax I paid and then I returned the phone and traded again from the beginning to IPhone Max . AT&T Complaint

I had the Bundle package with At&t which consist of cable, internet, WiFi, and cell phone a month. Well since I’ve been with At&t they’ve been over charging me by doubling my payments every month. I paid no less then $479 a month for the bundle package, so when I ask why is it costing so much, their customer service rep would say that they charge a month in advance. Well I got rid of the bundle package and went somewhere else for my cell phone needs. They also took money out of mine and my husbands account without being authorized to do so. We had two accounts with At&t being that our daughter was in college. I told them to cancel my account and that we will take our business somewhere else

ADT Complaint

I signed contract on 04/10/2019 on 04/11/2019 I sent cancellation request. ADT Called me and negotiated with me to lower the bill and send me visa cards $500 which none happend. On 05/22/2019 I signed new contract with ADT and on 05/23/2019 I sent cancellation request to ADT. Till now the keep charging my account and they refusing to cancel the service I called them 10s times.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I bought a new phone (iphone 7) but it was defective. I could not hear when people would call me. I went on the chat and requested another phone. I specifically asked, is this a new phone sealed? the rep online said yes, brand new sealed from the manufacturer, I guarantee you. I finally got the replacement phone and it was not new. It was a re manufactured phone. I spoke with another rep and they said indeed the rep gave me bad information and they would escalate the issue to their higher ups in regards to him. I on the other hand, have missed two interviews because now I don't have a phone and possibly lost a really good job opportunity.

MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

Metro PCS policy is preventing me from using my phone which is my property that is entirely paid off. They will not unlock my phone and I do not get service where I need it. They say I have to wait 180 days after I pay for the phone to unlock it... Can anything be done? I've wasted money on new service and a Sim card on this phone and I can't even use it. Please help.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

You guys already handled a dispute for me against ATT and I feel like they are retaliating against me. My bill is paid every month by an accountant and it shows that my bill was paid in April, yet my bill is showing that I owe $174.00 for this month's bill. There could be phishing involved, but ATT should be able to control that with all the things that I have provided them with. Almost 2 years, paying an average of $250-300.00 a month, I expect better from a billion dollar company.
