AT&T Wireless Complaint

May 17, 2019 I order over the phone XR iPhone and for it to be expedited that same day. My order didn't come in. So I spoke with several agents and a Supervisor (Joey #SJ1580) he had supposedly have had fixed the order and told me I should receive it on Wednesday May 22, 2019. My order was being tracked by me for the whole 3 days. My order was not delivered. I called and was told that it was returned to shipper for no apt# which I gave in Notes to AT&T as well as Fed-ex of my apt#. So I was told to go to an corporate office and I went to the one on

DirecTV Complaint

I have filed a BBB report 27620907 regarding a bill that was not mine. The office of the president for AT&T contacted me and told me it was removed from my profile and it was an error made by their company. I am now having this issue come up again. I want to file a lawsuit. Nobody is trying to help me and are giving me the run around st AT&T and Direct-TV

Orangetheory Complaint

I paid for 2 months of unlimited classes beginning on April 24th 2019 and set to expire and charge me $169 on June 24th 2019. I cancelled the membership on May 15th 2019. They charged me $169 on May 24th 2019 claiming that When you put in a 30 day notice you still get charged 30days. But I had paid for two months in advance so they essentially are double charging me.

Enterprise Complaint

ON 05/25/19 I picked up a rental car from enterprise. I went on a 4 hr road trip with my 3 kids. 3 hours into my road tirp i was pulled over by state troppers and informed my plates and registration was expired. I was held for 3 hours (I was not under arrested) the police was debating on if they was gonna give me the car back.

Airbnb Complaint

Owner/Management of unit available cancelled on us 2 days prior to our departure for San Juan, Puerto Rico. We had to scramble and get a much lower level of a location because it was so last minute, nothing else was available. It was Memorial Day Weekend, of course everything was booked. For the original place we had reserved and fully paid for, and booked a week and a half prior, the owner/manager told us that the elevator was going to be shutdown and that renovations were occuring in the common area and that she couldn't allow anyone to stay in apartment without a working elevator.
