DirecTV Complaint

DirecTV has been charging me for channels I dont have that I should have in my package. They removed a channel or channels without notifying me or any other customers but yet is still been billed for channel we dont have. We the customers are getting robbed out of money. I'm trying to see if anything can be done about this matter.

Uber Complaint

5 days after I became a senior citizen Uber wanted to make sure it was me driving- asked me to take a "quick selfie" which they say does not match the professionally taken, lighted, soft focus, hair and make up wearing profile image. They fired me for being old and ugly!

AT&T Wireless Complaint

I asked to downgrade my mobile data plan from 15GB to 7GB. When I did this they said no problem they would take care of it, then they said since I had recently bought the new iPhone X that I was eligible for a free iPhone 8! And my mom still had the 6 so I thought great, I asked the guy several times if I would have to pay for an extra line, because I didn’t want to do that, and he said no. Well basically not only have I been charged for an extra line, but this supposedly “free” phone has been costing me $28 a month! For over 19 months now! Straight Talk Wireless or Walmart Family Mobile Complaint

I have paid two 35 dollar cards for another phone and then they told me they can’t help me to transfer a new number on my old phone I was giving to my niece so it went to my phone.. I put my sims card from my old phone into my new one and it’s been working for about a month then it stopped so I figured maybe only one got put on there that’s not right either they said then I bought another 45 dollar card and now their telling me they can’t help me and I have a 4 year old to take care of their telling me to go buy more stuff for my phone and i don’t have the money.. I want to sue them for not helping me properly and they don’t care how much money you waste they aren’t helping me! Please help m

Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

My Services was Interupted for non payment. Metro offeres 2 payment Extensions of 48 hrs each. I requested my 1st Extension after 48hrs i Requested a 2nd one and it was unsuccessful i proceeded to contact metro customer service i explained my situation with representative he then proceeded to inform me that metro no longer provides the 2 48 hr Extensions, it has been changed to 1 time Extension of 72 hrs. So i was not at all happy with that i then asked him if there is anything that could be done as a one-time courtesy and grab me one extension more due to the fact that I wasn't aware I'm done change Norte ever send out a message explaining the change. T-Mobile Complaint

I switched to T-Mobile unsung the Get Out Of The Red Promotion. TMobile refused to pay me after I switched. They encouraged me to go to Verizon and request documents. I did just this which resulted in verbal abuse from the Verizon Employee. I had to call 911 which is Documented. Even after getting the documents T-Mobile requested I was denied the Get Out Of The Red Campaign. I missed several days of work and invested 20 plus hours only to get sick from emotional distress.

Vivint Complaint

William Huddleston showed up at my door on 5/11/19. He said he was in the area looking for people to try Vivant home security free for 6 months to see if vivints services were right for them. He told us that within the 6 months we could change our minds at any time. We decided since it was supposedly risk free with the trial period that we would give it a try. We scheduled installation for Monday 5/13/19, and the installers were prompt and installed a doorbell camera, backyard camera, thermostat, control hub, water sensor, fire sensor. All items worked fine and we had no issues with the functionality of the system. Immediately after the installers left our house on 5/13/19 we received
