AT&T Wireless Complaint

Have been being charged for a line I did not authorize or know about until last month, the refuse to take it off my bill. Reps say it is connected to a phone that I returned under the insurance contract, I had to pay extra when my phone that was still under warranty quit working, the insurance sent me a new phone and said to just put my SIM card in it. Little did I know that they were going to charge me for a new line as well as for my old line. I will not pay the charges and they keep threatening to disconnect me. AT&T reps are not helpful at all, they keep coming up with excuses and say they can’t reimburse me for charges made for this nonexistent line. Tired of fighting with them, they ha

Airbnb Complaint

On July 7th I booked and paid for a beach front residence in Malibu, CA. Upon checking in to the home and entering the Airbnb code we were shocked to find that we walked in on a lady and her young child. We left without getting her information, when we tried to make contact with the person in the home, she declined to answer the door. We then had to book residency elsewhere. When I asked for a full refund, reimbursement for the 2nd room, and the food we bought to cook, the owner agreed, yet Airbnb says he didn’t.

Uber Complaint

I was picked up by a black car at the Minneapolis airport and left my phone in the front seat of the car. I immediately went to Uber's website and filled out the appropriate form. I have two email addresses active in Uber, but after roughly six hours... the first message I got was that the email I provided was not the one I opened the account with... and they would need me to start the process over. I did. Then.... late the next evening, I got a message from Uber saying that they called the driver, but he did not pick up the phone. Ok... I filled out the form again asking them to call him again. However, in the meantime, I used find my Iphone. I went to the driver's home. The driver told me
