Frontier Communications Complaint

Back in June of 2018, I received a bill from Frontier that was nearly double our normal monthly service fee. Our bill went from $233.40/month to $447.40/month, and I never asked for or agreed to any additions/changes in my service. Over the past year, I have filed several disputes to remedy this situation (Dispute S-14245109, Dispute S-42113178, and Dispute S-14245109). I have spent hours of time with customer service representatives, and nothing has ever been resolved. In addition, I asked for them to examine their recorded phone records to prove that I never agreed to any extra fees. My calls were never returned. I finally had to cancel my service with them. Apparently a security issue flagged my account and there customer service agents even the supervisors have nothing they can do. I can provided all legal documents and validate that what caused the flag was infact me but they state there is still nothing they could do. Ontop of this all the options they give me are not valid for someone who is in my position, a struggling transgeder woman with serve depression and suicidal tendencies. DirecTV raised my rates without my knowledge, and also billed me for almost a year when the service was not working and I had open repair tickets/claims. I have spent many, many hours on the phone with them getting the billing corrected. They would say they were crediting an amount, and they would credit less or nothing at all.

I moved from fellsmere florida to miami and i requested a service move to my new address but DIRECT TV couldn't offered me the services due to a reception and the landlord restrictions.i explained them ,the tech went on may 9 2019 to install the services and he couldn't of course.he documented the issue.Direct tv and att told me to give the boxes back on an ups location which i did and they still charged me for services and cancellation on june 2 .i have over draft fees and everything they charged me 460 for cancellation.

On May 17th 2019 I went to my bedroom on the 2nd floor and turned on the TV. It came on but I had no picture. I had closed captioning but nothing else so I new it was not my TV. I then tried rebooting the system and it was still the same. I then dialed 611 tech support and explained the issue. The guy on the other end tried rebooting my system again. It was still the same. He informed me that I had a bad mini cable box and needed to be replaced. He said his earliest appointment he had was May 19th between 4 and 8 pm and that there will be no charges for this service.
