I have been dealing with trying to get my direct TV through AT&T bill taken care of when I canceled the service 3 days after I got it and no one can seem to get it straight. I have been dealing with them for 6 months now. I have been told it is taken care of but just got a bill in the mail again.

They were not clear on their billing cycle. I though it was 30 days its suppose to be every 20 days and you have a 10 day grace period.if i pay on the 3rd or 5th of the month, I'm late but thats in the grace period, then they want to charge me on the28th of the same month. They are suppoce to work with you on the date you can pay. I'm being charged twice a month. If i pay on the 3rd i should receive the next bill the next month. Adult child moved g9 to my account (from his ex’s), then week later she in front of Topeka law enforcement demands phone back knowing full well it is moved already! He called sprint to start using an old i5C that I had laying around, some guy at sprint took the number off the g9 & switched it to the i5C, which never should have been done, now I was trying to set i5C on a new number and they are saying that i5C is her(ex’s) phone!

On may 28 i had mobile deposited checks on to my account one for 900.00 one for 600.00 one for 400.00 one for 485.00 and they got deposited two my account but since i had one check of 200.00 did not get deposit ... They said because they have confidential information that indicates the checks MAY not be Good ..... Thats is discrimination!!!
