My name is Ferdinand Cossi Capo-chichi and the passenger is my 15 years old daughter Ashley Sheila Saignoncapochichi. The booking reference is SHMOSN and ticket number 125 8790518349. Flight Number is BA 1589 operated by American Airlines Departing from DFW to LHR, connecting to another flight to a final destination of LOS (Lagos). Ashley was supposed to travel on May 22nd from DFW to LHR and connect to her flight to LOS, her final destination. She was denied checking in because she was holding a LAISSEZ-PASSER in the place of her expired BENIN passport. United Complaint

They didn't give me the option of not checking my bag. My bag was a backpack the size of a personal item and the made me check it. Then it managed to get lost/stolen. I was told it was most likely stolen after it got off the plane and before the carousel aka stolen by the airport employees. I've called the airline and they did not assist me what so ever, only thing I got them to help with was "changing my address" and giving more descriptions of my bag for my account and these changes were never changed in my account. They also had me applying for a voucher to go on a different flight then after I arranged my ride from the airport and was getting a new flight they changed their mind. I' tryi

T-Mobile Complaint

Their employee didnt enter IMEI #'s into their system in regards to 2 warranty exchange phones. As a result, I was unable to return the phones when they quit working. This was the 2nd set of LG V30's that were faulty. I emailed John Legere. He had a senior officer under him email me back & address situation. In the very first response, she admitted that their system didnt update IMEI's on new phones. Now whether thats an employees fault or a system error, its still not my fault. As a result of the issue, I was faced with either purchasing 2 new phones at retail price + continue payin on phones that didnt work & pay a non return fee on those phones or just simply change carriers.
