Guardian Complaint

The sales guy did not tell us it was a 60-month commitment. When the tech came to install the alarm. All the features I wanted was not able to be done. The sales guy said we could put a door pad on the screen door but tech said only the second door which does not make sense if I need a key for first door. Then the tech had to install a different doorbell which required me having an app on the phone in order to hear doorbell but tech could not put on my phone. Another guy came out and could not figure it out as well. I tried to cancel and they said I have to pay an outrages fee. I told them numerous times tht its not what I was promised. They said they cant cancel until I pay 1,260 in full.it

T-Mobile Complaint

For over a year I've been going back and forth with T-Mobile about an escalated bill and complaining about a larger than normal bill. After many attempts / requests to T-mobile on why my bill was so High, I finally spoke with a representative who confirmed my suspicions. The rep informed me that I'd been paying for a phone that I "didn't have". To make matters worse I'd been paying this additional fee for over a year. Sprint Complaint

The company never issued me payoff cards for my old devices. Someone in house accessed my account and changed my mailing address to theirs. They had reimbursement cards mailed to themselves and in 2 years Sprint never sided with me to investigate how it happened or send me the cards.

American Express Complaint

I was offered a Delta Gold Card from American Express. It offered 30,000 miles if I signed up and if I was accepted. I was accepted and approved. I received the credit card. Within a few days after receiving the card, I received a new offer from the same source. It offered me 60,000 miles. I have been attempted to take advantage of this new offer. This offer was received after acceptance of the first one that I got. I did not have a choice of plans in the original offer. Am Ex has refused to my request to receive the newer offer.

Airbnb Complaint

i have booked 4 night for me and my small family including my daughter 4 years old, then i have traveled from city to my destination around 700 kms 7:30 hours driving in hot weather 39 degrees , after i reach my destination the host said it rented already, so they let me wait from 14h afternon they said they will fin solution for me tel 19h they start playing with me they said we can offer you ahotel 1 hour from my position . end of story no thing happen just they let me sleep in the car with a kids 4 years old

AT&T Wireless Complaint

Att suspended my service twice, and they claim i own more money that I do. I pay for the past month as they ask me to do and they say will solve the problem for next bill, and suspended my service again. I went to the store and they said I have to call, I call and they said to go to the store, I have spend hours, lot of hours in this problem, in the chat, in the phone, in person. No solution and they even hangup on me.

DirecTV Complaint

During the month of October 2017 I entered into an agreement with AT&T/DirectTV for telephone,internet and cable TV service. I was promised the I could retain my telephone number one week after installation service. I was given a temporary telephone number for what should have been one week. The number that was given was one that belonged to a former customer with the "ALICE P." Whenever I called someone, "ALICE P." showed on there caller ID, so many of the calls I made were not answered by my friends and contacts. Comcast Complaint

Comcast has charged me fees after closing my account. These fees were never discussed prior to the closing of my account and the company will not present information justifying their stance aside from the original bill. This case has since been provided to a debt collector which has resulted in my credit getting hit. No one will listent to my case and everytime I am told by someone that they will look into it, nothing comes from it.
