I was deactivated for for texts to company about they said was safety . My app appears to have been opened in fort worth dallas texas . I live n colorado then i started getting message about final warning to be deactivated for safety issues customers texted in . I a on 20% fee because I hae been ith company for so long. I have no infractions no tickets and my rating is 4.90 out of 5 stars . I think something is wrong I did see a rider agreement pop up before i started getting the message for deactivation but i swiped back and did not sign it then all this stuff started happening .I think its very peculiar. I havent had any people complain in the car about y driving

Securus Technologies Complaint

Securus is supposed to provide video visitation for families from home to inmates in prison. Their process is cumbersome, and there have been many instances in which I've been unable to schedule on their website. I'm always forced to call and wait on hold to get anything done. Average hold time is 20 minutes. Their website has a ton of glitches, and their protocols are overwhelming, there is too much red tape. I am unable to schedule an appointment with my inmate at Varner Unit in Arkansas because of a glitch on their website. It will take 24 hours (or more) to fix. HIs birthday is tomorrow, so he will not have a visit on his birthday because once again, Securus screwed up!

Airbnb Complaint

An Airbnb customer associate helped out my Girlfriend and I by cancelling a trip for us due to the hosts not responding to either of us, and we were successfully issued a refund for the cost of the booking. However he also promised us a reimbursement of $200 to help in booking a hotel outside of airbnb for that night, which 2 weeks later him or his team have received our proof of getting a hotel room and nobody has been consistent in following up with us about the reimbursement, just leaving us hanging every time we think they will finish getting the situation sorted.

ETS Complaint

On May 29, 2019 I placed an order in my ETS account for a GRE test on July 3 2019. On the afternoon of June 29 Saturday I received an email from ETS out of the blue, claiming my test has been cancelled. I immediately tried to get in contact ETS, but their phone number didn't work as it was a weekend day. I had to submit a message through their online form, informing them I didn't request the cancellation and asking them to make sure my test will go on normally. 12 hours later I received an email reply from ETS, saying my test was cancelled on "June 30". Apparently ETS does not have a well-organized record and couldn't keep their story straight. How could the test have been cancelled on June

American Express Complaint

They took out auto payment twice. Nearly 5,000 and almost a year has passed and they will not give me my money. I just got a claim number 2 weeks ago and they asked for documentation from my bank which I sent them again plus the bank tracer numbers. I am tired of waiting and getting the run around. I want to sue them and get my money back. I don't know what office to serve them at. I am in San Diego.
