Charter Spectrum Complaint

I had canceled service on the 3rd day of the billing cycle (June 2019) and was told I will need to pay the entire bill in full. I was told they would cancel service on day 7 of the billing cycle at midnight and the Spectrum agent didn't say there would be a full bill charge but just for the days used.

AT&T Wireless Complaint

My galaxy S7 is fully paid for, att gave me the wrong unlock code six times. On the 7th try they told me the phone is permanently locked to their network and there is nothing I can do. I fulfilled my obligation, the agreement is that I can unlock the phone I have tried to unlock the phone for 2 months, I must have spent over 10 hours on the issue.

I paid to have my professional Tripod shipped as baggage to my final destination. after arriving at my final destination part of my tripod (the most expensive part) had been unscrewed and removed. The bag that it was shipped in was ripped open and I am now left with part of a tripod. The head that was stolen was worth no less than 800-$1000. When I entered a claim with AA they said because it was shipped in a plastic bag (like a car seat) they would not reimburse me anything. They said I must ship items in containers that can withstand the riggers of baggage transports. Sold me the over 55 plan for 60 when signing up for automatic payment and gave me a third line for 20 more so a total of 80 a month which I could afford. They changed my plan to another plan without my knowledge to a 140 a month. I have been fighting them for over 2 years. They said the plan didn't exist welk their employee sold it to me. Then they offered the plan I had originally so I asked for it back and was told it was grandfathered in. So I am paying 60 dollars more every month and cant get my old olan back at AT&T which I was with for over 20 years.
