Over 1 1/2 years, I have had internet theft, fully investigated, proven and credits given, with the promise of comcast that if I moved it would stop, it didn't, I am disabled and they talked me into an upgrade for in limited internet, but still theft continues at new address, and no one can help. Not security dept, internet dept, not anyone. Through this. I continue to pay this bill, even having difficulties from the move as I am disabled and live on a limited income. Well let’s start off like this on January 25 they had took out 109.85 twice on that day an then on the 30 of January they took another 109.85 out again totaling amount of 329.55 from my fortiva credit card an they told me to send them proof of the statements that is what I did an I had called on May 21 an they told me oh I am very sorry but we did not receive anything. Verizon Wireless Complaint

They sent me a "like new" refurbished phone that had a bad charging port. Now the phone won't turn on at all and they are telling the insurance and warranty are void since the phone won't turn on and want me to pay the whole $160 deductible to get another replacement after only 3 months! Second time they did this. On the internet you can buy the phone for less than the deductible. However my payoff to Verizon is $260!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Santander in 2015 with a payment of $399 monthly. The total price of the car was roughly $17,000. It is now 4.5 years later an I still have a balance of $15,337. As of a today I have paid a total of $17,888 towards the car but my balance is still practically the same.

So after learning that the compay added a fee to my account which increased my bill, I requested to have my account cancelled with no penalities as this is what it says in my contract. This was after trying to get out of the account after the company kept promising me a line of real internet with wifi capabilities but when I went to pick up the equipment from the store the employees let me know I was getting the same thing with the same type of service the second time that I had the first time which was a mobile hotspot which is a huge difference from high speed internet service with wifi abilities. Straight Talk Wireless or Walmart Family Mobile Complaint

No right and illegal! As of today 7/6/2019 (13 Days) into my service plan ($55/a month) Unlimited Text-Talk-Data, StraightTalk has throttled my data speeds down to slow speeds. I have only used (13.84 GB) at this moment, which goes against there own policy stating "At 60 GB, we reserve the right to review your account for usage in violation of Straight Talk’s terms and conditions". Therefor; meaning StraightTalk has reviewed my account well before the mark they have written in there "Terms of use" as well as there plan "Unlimited Nationwide $55/ a month | Ultimate Unlimited".

AT&T Complaint

I teach classes in an online classroom. I have done this for over a year using AT&T internet. I was upgraded to 6mbps internet speed and my speed worked for many months. On 6/28/2019, my internet ceased to function. I contacted techincal support and they did a diagnostic. They determined that the problem was with the outside line. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on 7/5/2019. I was informed that this was the earliest appointment I could get. The technician came out on 7/5 and said that there was a problem with the outside line. AT&T Wireless Complaint

An Apple Watch activation resulted in duplicate activations since Sept. 2018. One activation (the broken one) said "Apple Watch Access" and my account was tagged for $15.24/mo. The other one, said "AT&T Unlimited Wearable" and charged me $16.05/mo. Between 2 chat sessions and a phone call, I spent over 4 hours today trying to fix that and cancel another unwanted charge. At the end, I was offered a $100 credit. It's not a lot of extra $ but the whole process of eliminating unwanted features and charges is intended to take excess time and wear customers down. I think it amounts to a deceptive trade practice.
