I bought a mobile hotspot for my house April 2018. I returned the hotspot within 2 weeks. Sprint says they never received it; however, the employees and the manager at the retail store vouched for me and tried to help me resolve this issue. I was assured that the issue was resolved. 3 months later I started getting collection notices. I returned to the Sprint store that sold me the hotspot in Mountain Home, ID, and was disgusted to see that it had been closed. Now what was I supposed to do? I tried calling the collection agency and Sprint over 30 times since this began. On 7-9-2019, I received another collection letter from a different company. My internet might as well be non exsitant, phone calls get dropped or the person on the other end can't hear me! Comcast Complaint
Comcast has erroneously billed me for past due charges which do not belong to my account, and the services were never requested, never approved, and never provided. The total amount is more than $1700.00 and when asked for justification, Comcast has provided a different reason for the charges on 8 separate occasions. The answer is they billed the wrong account, and just refuse to acknowledge it. They are also still billing me for unprovided ongoing service, and services I asked to be canceled.

I cannot express to you how much I hate Sprint. My son hasn’t had cell service on his phone since the end of May. It is now the middle of July. I have been tossed around to every department. My son can’t even call 911 from his phone. When I said let me out of my contract, they told me they would charge me all sorts of fees when in reality, Sprint has broken the contract by not providing services.

Comcast did not honor there hassle free move. I had contract free service for 3 years at [...]. Aug 2018 I made change to move my service to new address [...]. No package change, only change was home phone number and id channel no longer available at new residence. I stopped service November 2018 . They now have 2 accounts under my name in and claim that I had contract. I tried to dispute and they sent it to collections.. I never agreed or approved any changes to my service and upon cancelled they charged different.

Promised a $300 rewrd VISA card if I switched from Cos. Did the switch but never got it. TV DVR not working and they keep selling me new contolers to fix it but it doesn't. In the middle of this I lost all local chanels because ATT doesn't want to pay the provider. When I went to cancel they say they will charge me 120 for "early termination". I am termnating because they are not providing the service they agreed to provide. Just found out they are chargin for HBO and Showtime wwhich I did not order as I get it from Amazon.

I'm a victim of internet fraud and identity theft by someone who used my Bank info to purchase $484.67 on T-Mobile account # ******** phone #***-******** . Transaction type, ACH Debit on 09/20/2018 . another world T-Mobile has done transaction on my behalf from my account without my permission . I have attempted many time through my Bank( City Bank) and directing going to the store and calling T-Mobile customer Service to resolve the issue but T-Mobile doesn't accept the issue and not cooperating with me claiming that transaction was correct and will not return the money.
