Sprint Complaint

SPRINT has been ripping me off for years. I have tried numerous times to go into multiple stores and talk to customer service on line and some how have managed to charge me for more then 4 devices that are years old and not even working. It makes no since and i have tried to handle this my self and they still charge me hundreds of dollars that is wrong. My dad died this winter and i went to take off the tablet i had on my account for him and som ehow its still on there and I’m still paying. I had an I pad air that was stolen 6 years ago and its still on there saying I’m paying for it.

Suddenlink by Altice Complaint

I ordered service with suddenlink in June. Two weeks later I received a bill for $544. I called them to see why the bill so high. I am being charged for stuff that I didn't ask for. The person who sold me the services lied to me about the package they offered. He told me that the he gave me was for $129 a month. I paid the bill and now two weeks later I received a bill for $235. I have to pay it today or my service will be turned off. I haven't had this service a full month and have to pay again. I just don't know what to do.

Coinbase Complaint

On July 4th,2019 I tried to transfer $200 of Bitcoin from my Coinbase account. I had message pop up that Withdrawal limited exceeded. I could only withdrawal $0. I googled Coinbase customer service. I called and the phone was answered Coinbase. I was told I needed to move money from my Bitcoin wallet to the Bitcoin vault. The rep said he would help me. He came in my computer and $4835 was transferred out of my Coinbase account. The Coinbase screen said the money wasn’t leaving the Coinbase account and i was being told 10 minutes earlier nothing could be transferred. I called Coinbase back while the transaction was pending . I asked to stop the transaction and the girl would stop it. I argued

Sprint Complaint

I bought a mobile hotspot for my house April 2018. I returned the hotspot within 2 weeks. Sprint says they never received it; however, the employees and the manager at the retail store vouched for me and tried to help me resolve this issue. I was assured that the issue was resolved. 3 months later I started getting collection notices. I returned to the Sprint store that sold me the hotspot in Mountain Home, ID, and was disgusted to see that it had been closed. Now what was I supposed to do? I tried calling the collection agency and Sprint over 30 times since this began. On 7-9-2019, I received another collection letter from a different company. MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

I bought a phone and new service on June 27. Since the first day I have had them the service has been terrible! My internet might as well be non exsitant, phone calls get dropped or the person on the other end can't hear me! I have been calling their customer service repeatedly on a nearly daily basis because of this issue. Then on the 10th I was told by their customer service on the phone about their "metro promise" and was told i qualified for it due to having my phone for less then 30 days. The "metro promise" is a program they offer where I could have gotten a free phone upgrade due to the issues I have been having.
