Since I switched my services to AT&T on August 31 2018 I have issues with Billing Services and Phones. I did get some credits for these issues but the issue has not been resolved. My plan has been change monthly causing more fees the phones were replaced but still have issues with call text and connectivity I have brought the phones in to both Best Buy and AT&T to be referred back to tech support. I can't be the only one with these issues I feel with all these issues I did not make a good choice switching to AT&T I was mislead about promotions and plan price I did contact this service in the beginning and dropped the case as they had a solution but did not give me the credits they said they

Every time I use GTL for a video visitation, something goes wrong. My visit on July 9 was a disaster. It cut me off 4 minutes before it was scheduled to end. The screen on my end was blurry and I couldn't see the inmate. The sound quality was horrible as well.

I rented a car and it died one morning when I had a critical doctor's appointment to get to. I called Hertz and first they blamed me, for leaving the lights on or something, then they said that they had no responsibility to me, that I'd have to get it towed at my own expense. In the month of April 2019, T Mobile had a promotion of buying one phone, add a second line and get a second phone for free. With excitement I called Tmobile for the wonderful off. In the process of the agent processing my product, the agent admitted he made an error which in any case it was not a big deal because mistakes do happen. Although I was on hold for more than two hours, I was in expectant of getting the issue resolved. After four hours the agent was not able to rectify the problem. My account was charged of 154.00 amounted to 456multiple times, because their system still assumes I wanted three lines instead of two lines.
