United Complaint

On Sunday a flight attendant spilled an entire pitcher of hot tea on me. It ruined my iPad, damaged my clothing, and burnt my arm. The flight attendant told me that the airline would compensate me for my damages. She came around with a phone and told me she was not authorized to give me anything more than $250 and said she would leave a note that the compensation was "NOT adequate" for the damages.

Sprint Complaint

I met my contract obligation of 2 years. I asked for them to unlock my two phones. They sent me an email for each one. One successfully unlocked, the other didn't. For the Motorola Moto E4 they claim they have unlocked my phone multiple times - but it is NOT unlocked. The local SPRINT store simply has me call the 'Sprint International' number. They are unable after 3 tries to unlock my phone. There are many complaints on the Sprint user site about this very same problem. I have records and details of all conversations and visits to the local store.

Regions Complaint

I deposited a check and it has been placed on hold for over two weeks. I keep calling customer service and they refer me to the branch. When I call the branch they refer me back to customer service. The processing department and the deposit fraud department has put a hold on the check but refuse to resolve the issue with the bank which issued the check. My account has been locked and I cannot access any money for the past 15 days. They keep going back and forth and I am stranded with zero money. This is absolutely ridiculous. Melaleuca Complaint

On June 29, 2019, I requested that my Melaleuca membership be cancelled. On July 2, an order was placed without my consent. While I prevented them from charging my card for that specific order, I began being contacted (2-3 times) about my unpaid balance. Upon seeing that an order was placed without my permission, I immediately wrote to Melaleuca's customer service e-mail and requested that the order be immediately canceled prior to shipment. In that same e-mail, I stated that I had requested a cancellation to my account a few days prior.
