The MetroPCS store I went into did not give me my security code or security questions they set up their selves and the phone was defective from the time that I was using it I made several complaints Metro PCS and got no responses the store told me to contact Metro PCS bad customer service on their part

Airbnb’s app glitched and told us our first choice was unavailable for those dates. We then tried to book another, and was given the same message. William Huddleston showed up at my door on 5/11/19. He said he was in the area looking for people to try Vivant home security free for 6 months to see if vivints services were right for them. He told us that within the 6 months we could change our minds at any time. We decided since it was supposedly risk free with the trial period that we would give it a try. We scheduled installation for Monday 5/13/19, and the installers were prompt and installed a doorbell camera, backyard camera, thermostat, control hub, water sensor, fire sensor. Terminating telephone. We switched from the residential service to the commercial service at our home so we could have a static IP. They kept billing us from both residential and commercial. I did not catch it for 5 months was paying for the service twice. I contacted Suddenlink several times and quit paying the residential service. They canceled and turned it into collections. Got it cut back on but now they have cut the phone off again. Presently have internet and have not gotten a credit for what I have paid on the residential side.
