Vivint Complaint

I have had 2 vehicle break ins in the time that I have had Vivint. The cameras do not catch it and since I have had this service it has never worked the way they sold us on, any time we call with a concern they try selling us more equipment which is there way of keeping you in a buy out contract. I do not have $1400.00 to buy out equipment that I do not want due to its lack of reliability. Sadly the first robbery was the cause of me losing my job due to the fact that it was a company vehicle that got broken into (that was in my cameras view)

. I have a cabin which is our vacation home we don't spend a lot of time in the winter usually the summer holidays. However, we will go up in November or December to shut everything down. When we arrived we had no cable service so I called. I was told they switched over to digital and we needed boxes which we were never notified. They would not mail or deliver them to us said we could drive 4 hours to the store in Blythe. Or we could schedule someone to come out. I told them I wasn't driving that far to schedule someone. DirecTV Complaint

DirecTV has been charging me for channels I dont have that I should have in my package. They removed a channel or channels without notifying me or any other customers but yet is still been billed for channel we dont have. We the customers are getting robbed out of money. I'm trying to see if anything can be done about this matter.

Comcast Complaint

In 2018 I had comcast and had to move because I bought a house. I called comcast and tried getting my services transferred to my house but it could not be transferred because comcast didnt service that area. I was told that the cancellation fee will be waived because service couldn't be transferred which I said ok. Then about 30 days later i got a $490.92 bill saying i owed comcast money with early termination fees on there so i called comcast again and the guy i spoke too said dont worry about the cancellation fee again just return the equipment. Bank of America Complaint

We applied for their signature plus card that had a 40,000 miles bonus if you spend a certain amount. We got approved for what we thought was that card but in reality without our knowledge because they didn’t advise us, we actually did not get approved for the signature card but got approved for the platinum card that only awards 8500 miles....in the end we were still under the impression that we were going to get 40,000 bonus miles so we spent the money on the card to get that. Upon login we find that we have 8500 miles instead of 40,000. This was deceitful.
